Fit and style are great. However, there is a big problem with this shoe. The strap in the back is held together by a small plastic button that easily snaps off. This button was not repairable after my daughter wore these once. We are really disappointed because they are the perfect outside activity shoe in every way but the back strap needs to be reinforced in a different way in order to be kid-proof.

Took a while to break through then the pin broke.

Calling all adult size 35s! This is a great sandal overall, but also a much, much better alternative to the flimsy EVA sandals Birkenstock is selling recently, which are often not even available in 35. The Mogamis are sturdy with a great tread and a pretty solid sole. Wearing the gizeh EVAs, I stepped on a short nail and it went clear through the shoe into my foot! Yikes! These would protect better and are more worthy of the Birkenstock name than the flimsy EVAs. I guess they’d be great for kids, too! :-) You can run and know they won’t fall off, and they are fully water-ready!

Cute sandals but way to big and too wide for her little narrow feet..

These shoes was sized correctly and so cute. However, I am sending them back. On the photo it looked like they were attached with velcro, but they are buckle style. From having other children, I have learned to avoid buckles while the kids are toddlers. If you don't mind spending the time on the buckles, these are really wonderful shoes. I am going to purchase the velcro option instead.

This is such a cute and unique shoe. My daughter didn't have any trouble with the fit and walking around in them, so it's a win for us!

Super cute sandals. My 6 years old loves his new sandals. I ordered two more pairs for my other son and one for my nephew. We are a Birkenstock family. We love the comfort and style of these sandals. VIP shipping so impressive. Love Zappos??

This was too small for my niece. We truly love them but needed a half size larger.

Got these in perfect timing to wear for my weekend down the shore ! They worked out great!! Comfortable, stylish and easy to wear . I’m a adult but wear kids sizes .

These were a big hit with my 8yo for Spring Break. Supportive, hard to get dirty and comfortable. Win-win-win! His only complaint was that they were a little hard to slide on/off without unbuckling. Love the soft material on the backside of the straps, too.

The back strap is really hard for kids to get their shoes on and off. I feel like it would break easily when stretched so we are sending back.

For a 5 year old, these aren't great - the only way to loosen to get them off is to unbuckle the top straps. There's no fastener on the backstrap that can be opened and closed. It takes my kiddo long enough to get his shoes on in general, and that's just with Velcro - parents will understand this issue! Haha. I feel like he would constantly be pulling at the backstrap to try to get these on and I didn't like that. Also, they run large in my opinion.

We want to love these...but the buckles are REALLY hard to do up. There's no stretch in the bands, so they are impossible to get on without unbuckling. These will be too hard for quick and easy summer shoes for my boys and we are returning. :(

The buckle is annoying. It should have Velcro or a snap button for kids shoes.
