I really liked these sneakers and was sorry that I had to return them because they were much too narrow. I did read the reviews where others complained about the narrow width of these sneakers but since I don't have wide feet, i didn't think I'd have that problem. Wrong. Much too narrow. So after I returned them, a lightbulb went off in my head and I decided to order the men's size that was equivalent to a women's 9.5 (men's 8) and see if that solved the width problem. I am so very happy I did. The men's 8 fits perfectly, so I thought I would pass this along to anyone else who found the women's sneakers too narrow.

I own 6 pairs of these ONs. They are my walking shoes, golf shoes, airport shoes. So easy to throw in the washer to clean them up. Two things to add: remember to take them off outside if you wear them for golf, they do collect grass and pebbles ; and secondly, order 1/2 size larger - they aren’t the same size wise that they were 5 years ago.

I work on my feet up to 8 hours a day, walking across carpet, wood and concrete/stone. I was searching for some all-black shoes to wear with my hotel uniform that had LOTS of comfort and also had some semblance of style. After trying several makers including Sorel, Brooks and Ecco, I settled on the On Running Cloud 2.0. These shoes take all of my lower back pain away! They are so light and slip easily on and off. I like them so much I bought another pair to wear outside of work, with jeans. I'm not a runner at all, but I swear by these shoes when it comes to being on my feet all day. As for fit, I have a medium-narrow foot and average-high arches.

LOVE these shoes, now I have 4 pairs, my husband has 2 pairs, great style n comfortable!! Fun colors!!!

I got these to run in. I love them but since they are supposed to be zero drop they do kind of get uncomfortable during long runs. However that’s because it’s helping to correct bad running posture. They look great. I got the orange ones. I could see someone wearing them just for fashion.

I usually wear Brooks size 8, and I purchased ON size 8. These are great, I really like the style, they are really light weight. As other buyers have noted, they are a little snug over the top of my foot (where the laces are). This can make it tough to wear them with socks. But I still really like the shoes. Just have to wear thin or no socks. Maybe the next half size up would be better? Overall, great shoes. Very comfortable.

I was worried about the color, and my worries very valid. This is not grape, it is brown. It is a dead, brown grape. Very comfortable and I love that I can slip them on and they’re ready to go, but too expensive to keep the brown color.

Way too small! Other reviewers had expressed that they felt these ran small, but I had really underestimated by how much! This was my third pair of these, and the first two fit much better. I typically order a half size larger than my normal size to create extra space, and these fit a full size smaller.

I have lots of problems with my foot, bunion, neuromas, bone spur and a corn. These On Clouds are one of the few shoes I can put on and walk for miles.

I absolutely LOVE the On CLoud Shoes! I usually wear a normal size 10 women's shoe. When I ordered these shoes for some reason I ordered a 10 and a 10.5 to make sure one of the pairs of the gorgeous purple/blue color fit! The black ones I purchased before these are size 9 men's because the local store didn't stock women's 10 for me to try or buy. I tried on both pairs and decided to keep the women's 10.5. I don't think I own another pair of Women's 10.5 sized shoes however I may have needed the larger size as my feet maybe are not technically wide but are not exactly a medium width either. I am super picky about shoes...Throughout my life, I have had a time hard finding shoes that are comfortable, look good, and fit me well. What I like about the On Cloud shoes is that they do the job and are super lightweight all while being nice on the eyes. I now own 3 pairs of On Clouds and have worn them for at least 5+ days a week over the past 6 months. I would highly recommend the On Cloud shoes to anyone. My next purchase will be a pair of a pair of waterproof versions. I work as a massage practitioner and It is a fairly physical job that is mostly standing and a lot of pushing. I mostly wear these shoes indoors.

Got true to size. Obsessed with the color! Love the monochromatic look..very stylish. May have to buy the orange color too!

Most comfortable athletic shoe I’ve ever purchased. Fits perfect. Got rid of my old New Balances. Get lots of praises on the looks of shoe.

Runs very small- sized up 1/2 size … probably could go up a full size. Otherwise nice. Not cushioned enough for sport, but would be good as a casual walking shoe.

These shoes look great! The elastic ties allow one to "slip" them on without bending over to tie. They are narrower than most runners although they are marked W. The online Size Fitter asked for many different style shoes that I wear and my size to determine what size I should order in the Cloud On shoe. Other places and many reviews suggested ordering a half size larger. I did not do that and although I could get the shoes on, my toes were right at the end of the shoe. I ordered the next size up and they were a little wide. However, I tightened the elastic laces and that eliminated that issue. I suggest ordering a half size up.

I'm disappointed with the color. The warm, subtle greens in the photo were beautiful. But upon receipt, they are one shade overall of yellow. Bright-is yellow. Think Easter.

I own a different style On. I’m usually 6 1/2 so I purchased it and they were little big so I got these in 6 but they were way too small. Their sizing is very inconsistent. Go up at lease 1 size up on this style.

Love On Cloud, but this shoe seemed like it had a weird arch in it compared to the other On shoes I've owned!

The name is certainly fit, even after hours of working out at the gym while the rest of my body is sore my feet feel like I'm walking on clouds!

I had to return for a half size larger and the width seemed a little narrower than the other ons I have. Great support otherwise and awesome color. I have gotten lots of compliments on the color, very different.
