I wanted to like the shoe but it's super tight around the ankle area and also runs a little small. It's also squeaky =)

The lavender colored shoe is a beautiful one & it was light weight. This was the second OC shoe I attempted to try but it was a no go. I usually wear Adidas to work, but loved the style of this shoe. It runs pretty narrow & for this particular shoe the opening is fixed, meaning that the tongue can not be moved forward to give you more room to slip into the shoe; the opening you get is what you get. If the top midfoot region of your foot runs higher/larger then you won't be able to get in them. I barely squeezed into them & had to remove them after a few seconds. Too bad I really wanted to be a new customer!

Hurt my feet just putting them on. Hard plastic feeling.

Too tight I ca’t wear it with socks, I hate the sleeve, no information about the sleeves inside

I would have returned them if I didn’t already wear them outside for a full day. The tongue of the shoe is attached tight and it rubs against your ankle pretty bad.

I have been trying to get a pair of ON sneakers because the reviews from friends were wonderful. Unfortunately I can not seem to find them in any stores and ordering on-line has been trying. After two pairs I am going to give up, because I can not get the right fit. They have been very narrow and constricting. The second pair I bought had the sock liner pull-on style, and I could barely get my foot in them, despite being a 1/2 size bigger. It pushes my sock up my ankle and makes the sock tight. I wanted to love them, as they looked great, but I don't want to waste my investment if I am not 100% satisfied. Wish there was a store nearby where I could try until I got one that fits. I have painful feet and am looking for cushioning.

I loved the color and style of these shoes. I tried them on at a department store so I knew I needed to go up 1/2 size. The store did not have the larger size so I ordered from Zappos. I always wear my shoes around the house with any tags intact before I decide I am going to keep them. They felt cushioned on the bottom but a little fitted across the top of my foot, but not uncomfortable. I felt like it was because they were new and I was used to my old, broken-in shoes. I wouldn't even say they felt snug, just cuddling my foot. I decided they would work, took the tags off and wore them on a 3 mile walk. Unfortunately I was almost limping part way through my walk! They were so uncomfortable, rubbing on my big toe joints, and there is not even a seam there. The fabric didn't give at all during my walk, which is surprising. And the bummer is, I am stuck with them. The size seemed appropriate, but because the fabric didn't give, they ended up being too narrow.

Super high around my ankle bone, rubbed really bad. My year old pair of on cloud fit is totally different. It seems like they have lowed quality a LOT

I normally wear size 8, sometimes 7.5 if the shoe is wide; these are too tight and too narrow even when ordered .5 size up.

I physically could not wear them due to the width being so tight! Will be returning them for a pair Hoka

I purchased a size 8, which I normally wear in a sneaker. These shoes were like a death grip on my feet, chocking the life out of them. I think I would have had to amputate had I actually worn them. They are super cute, but my feet need to have free blood circulation.

I'm a nurse on a surgical floor and I know many nurses who swear by these(I've been a Hoka girl for ever!!) But wanted to try something different because I like to alternate between shoes. I wore them the first couple of days and they felt flat and stiff. Thought maybe I needed to give them some time. Wore a couple of weeks and I developed severe plantar fasciitis. I couldn't walk two days in a row at work and limped everywhere. I thought my foot was broken it was so severe. I had to take off work and have now been wearing a splint to bed on my foot. I've had horrible pain and cannot bare weight on my left foot now for almost two weeks. I'm sadly disappointed. I was so hopeful!

This was advertised as being extremely comfortable and cushiony- like walking on a cloud. They were not. The tongue of the shoe dug into my foot and the shoe felt hard, not cushiony.

I wanted to love this shoe! It's a beautiful, sleek design. When I put them on, my feet were hurting almost immediately. The opening of one of the shoes has a snugger fit. It's felt like it was stranging my ankle, and I have small ankles. I do not think going up in size would help. There was plenty of room in the toebox, but right across the bridge of my foot. I tried very hard to love this shoe. I knew that I would not like them and they wouldn't be comfortable. Sadly, I'm sending them back.

I wanted to like these shoes, but I couldn't even slip them onto my feet. The opening is just so firm and small. I'm normally a size 8, and ordered the recommended 1/2 size up (8.5). Still too small. Shoe is really stiff. I'm definitely returning them.

These run really small. I also wasn’t able to get my arch/foot into the sewn in tongue.

Liked the style and the On folks are super nice - but they just don't seem to understand sizing. I'm always an 8 so I ordered an 8.5 per their recommendation (why? why not just make that an 8 like everyone else?) Nope, too tight. Got a 9 - ah, the width (I am a regular, medium width) was good but now they were too long. Too bad, I really liked the shoes and they seemed like they would have been comfortable if they fit. On, please call when you get your sizing thing together.

It has some seams that run across the knuckles of the toe where you bend caused rawness also the toe has a thick piece of fabric that puts pressure on toe Love the shoe but im a nurse on my feet 12 hrs running spending big change on shoes to provide comfort not more pain

Whatever the attached material is around the opening of the shoe makes it nearly impossible to get the shoe on. Returning them!

Very hard sole and hurt back after standing all day.

If I could have gotten the shoe on it may have been okay; however, the opening is soooo tight I couldn't get my foot in. The design is such that it can not be loosened. Unless you have an abnormally narrow foot I don't think anyone can get this shoe on.

This shoe was so difficult to put on because of the narrow opening, that I never even tried on the second.

Not sure how to describe how these shoes fit. It is more of a slip on with a facade lacing system or flaps that lace together at the top over a VERY tight slip on shoe. The laces have no affect on the fit. This shoe was more than disappointing and the description could not be more misleading. Sending back & questioning my previous affinity for OC shoes. The least comfortable athletic shoe Ive ever tried.
