Cute shoes but they are NOT true to size. I bought another pair of ON’s, different style, and they fit fine.

I have another pair of On sneakers and love them. I ordered what was normally my size (9.5) and it was too small, so I tried again with this new model and went up to a size 10 and it was still too small.

These are the best On shoes I’ve worn. I’ve been an On fan for many years and bought these in June 2023 as a change from previous Cloud Surfers. I really like that the cushioning and arch support negates the need for an orthotic insole. I am not a runner, but cross train 90-120 minutes daily and when traveling walk 10+ miles per day. These shoes have been comfortable and supportive of my 72 year old arthritic knees. I particularly like that they do not have a tongue so don’t irritate my high instep. I will be buying Cloudultra again. I normally wear a size 8.5 but took the advice to order a a half size up (9.)

Tried a pair of these shoes on in a store and fell in love with the fit but they felt a little bit small and that I would have to go half size up. I am almost always an 8 1/2 so I went on Zappos in order a nine. The nine is perfect. The shoes are extremely comfortable and are going with me to Europe as I was looking for issue that I could walk around in but also do moderate hikes in the Swiss Alps. I bought the gray pair as I wanted a neutral color to go with everything. I love these shoes they feel like they were made for my feet.

Perfect fit. I know I'm a half-size larger in On so ordered accordingly. The shoe feels very supportive around the whole foot. Not as cushiony as other On Clouds, but still very comfortable. I think this is my new favorite sneaker.

Size up by 1/2 size. This shoe runs short. This is THE most comfortable On shoe! Not too steep of a drop and great cushioning (some of the On shoes feel like I am walking on rocks). My only problem with On shoes is sizes are ALL OVER the place. I have one pair that is 8.5, one pair that is 9 (my normal sneaker size) and this pair, which I had to order as a 9.5 to get the correct length. I am glad Zappos is free shipping and returns or I would be out a lot of money with On shoes.

These are the best most comfortable athletic shoes I’ve ever worn. I did have to order one half size bigger however. Really great quality shoe.

This is my 3rd pair, a bit tight and on fence whether or to order half size up. I’ve only tried on so far… but haven’t tried with my running socks.

Reviews said this shoe ran really small so I ordered a size and a size and a half larger than I usually wear and both were too big.

My feet didn’t hurt at all

I've had these over a year now and wear them often! I use a magic eraser on the white soles and they still look new! The OC label one of the sides of each shoe did fall off within the first few months of wearing which bothered me at first but its still in place on the other side of the shoe. They really have been quite durable!

Bought them for my daughter and she has worn them everyday since receiving them. She loves them!

I returned for half size larger. I now love the fit - great walking shoe.

I have previously owned a pair of On trainers and loved the style and how long they lasted. This time I opted for half a size larger due to my high arches (allowing room for a supportive insole). However, this design is amazing!! The fitted sock liner supports my foot so well I feel like I have a bandage around my arch. Really comfortable and secure, I don’t need the insole! The half size up also fits great without a insole. The shoe is perfect for trail walks and gravel roads. The color is so fun and I’m glad the sole is the same color and the main body. I love this shoe so much I actually ordered a second pair.

These shoes are a game changer. I won't ever be wearing anything else. I went up 1/2 size and they are absolutely perfect.

These are great shoes for stability which helps a lot if you have flat feet. They fit a little tight but do ease up over time. Order 1/2 size larger than normal.

Super comfortable running shoes!

I normally wear a 5.5 to 6 (or even a 5 in Arc'teryx trail running shoes). I originally purchased these in a 6 and they were too small, even with a very thin sock I ended up with heel blisters. Re-ordered in a 6.5 and they fit much better.

I love these shoes! They fit like a sock and fit perfect! I have ON Cloud 5 shoes in a size 8 and these fit right on. Didn’t go up or down a size. I do wear thin socks but you almost don’t even need to wear socks with them. They do have a slight arch support but feel the way the shoe is designed, I don’t feel the need for a higher arch. The insole is removable but it’s thin. I am a former runner and will wear these for walking and hiking. I love them.

My favorite on cloud shoe and a great price on Zappos! They run a half size small and if you have wide feet or high instep forget about these. Great on mountain trails or the city. Good all day comfort. I'm on my second pair with a third in the wings.

I normally wear an 8/8.5 and ordered a 9 based on reviews I had read, and they fit perfectly! I love the style and color as well. I will definitely buy another pair in the future!

I actually love this shoe and wore my first pair successfully for over 500 miles of hiking including 13 and 17 mile hikes without a single hitch. I ordered a second pair in preparation for swapping out my older ones. Then, tragedy! I pulled a ligament on the top of my ankle, right where the internal sock hits and suddenly my favorite shoe turned against me! I couldn't wear them anymore without pain so I'm sadly sending them back, unworn.
