Our son liked how these shoes looked and felt. They were comfortable, fit him well and he liked the bright colors. However, within a week of regular wear, they started to fall apart. By the end of the first month of wearing them, there were multiple bare patches where the fabric didn't hold up at all and had started to tear. It was very disappointing as he wanted to wear the shoes and they were literally falling apart.
