This is my 4th pair of Nike Metcon. I started with 1 and usually skip a year. Can’t remember for sure. Each new pair of Nike Metcon brings a new positive to the shoe. I think what stands out to me in this pair is the toe box doesn’t feel as narrow and pointy. I like the idea that they offer insert replacements depending on the exercise you’re doing. I mean it’s thoughtful and makes sense. However, if it’s a heavy squat day I’m lacing up my Nike romaleos not switching heel inserts with sneakers... Overall they are what you expect from Nike good #%it for decent to good money.

I’m a woman but usually find the footbed of men’s shoes fits better. These shoes are plenty wide enough for my feet and there’s zero wobbling around when I lift heavy. These are so stable. Great shoe.

Great for weights work and cardio - not sure what they would be like as a general fitness shoe as they have a flat sole (think converse). Come with additional heel inserts for specific exercises - haven’t tried them but might be interesting. Looks wise - well - they’re on the weirder side of Nike’s range - but you aren’t wearing these to look good. Zappos recommended 1/2 size bigger than my normal fit. I ordered my normal size and 1/2 size bigger and Zappos was right.

I work at a Amazon warehouse and do a lot of walking and these shoes were perfect with no discomfort with the boost added support in the heel.

Great Fit Size.

These things are as snug as a frog's anus is water tight. I'm not wearing socks, I went with my Brannock device size and my toes are clipping the end. If you're going to wear socks or plan on walking a fair bit in them I'd buy a 1/2 size bigger than your Brannock device size.

best workout shoes!

They look and feel well made and will stand up better than other athletic shoes we've bought recently. They are pretty flat but come with heel lifts if you like more angle.

The fit is slightly tight, so I had to switch from my typical 8.5 to 9.0 to get the perfect fit. But the Metcon 6 is very stylish and comfortable both at same time. So I am using them both for regular workout as well as casual wearing.

LOVE the colors. These are men’s shoes but I frequently fit men’s shoes better than women’s. Men’s are a little wider than women’s shoes and allow just a little extra space. Might be consider slightly narrow for a man.

Fits true to size. Super comfy! I love them!

a very good all around gym shoe

Very comfortable upgrade from my Metcon 4's. I forget I am wearing them during crossfit workouts which is ideal - good support, traction, and mobility. I also run and stretch in them and have nothing negative to say. At first, they felt airier and looser in the toe than my Metcon 4's but I quickly got used to it. I also appreciated that they come with heel inserts that make them even better in squatting workouts. Only -1 star for style because I didn't love any of the color options and there is that giant middle part of the sole, but it's less dramatic looking in person than in the photos.

Comfortable and supportive

Sockless and comfy. Casual or gym. They look and feel good. I’m a size 15 and the 15’s fit perfect.

These are very airy but not flexible like a sock shoe. I'm also bummed that these confirmed what Id feared about other Nike shoes I've tried, my feet are too tall (or Nikes are for lower profile feet). I've never noticed this issue in any other shoes, but the last 3 Nikes I've tried are just too tight across the top. Like strangle my feet and cant tighten the laces. Its a bummer cause otherwise they were comfortable and fit the length and width perfectly and the arch is always nice. Boohoo me, maybe they fit you?

Love this shoe. Ideal for the gym. Offers great support. My only complaint are the laces - they come untied during each session at the gym.

The style and construction were great. However they were much too narrow for me. I have a wider than average foot. Previous reviews suggested these had a roomy toe box, but that was not my experience. My foot felt very constricted. I returned these and will look for another shoe.
