Thought the fabric was nice, but the sizing was WAY off compared to other Brooks bras as well as other brands I own. Way too small.
I returned it and was afraid to try another size, so had to search the internet for some other brand that might work.

I have bought the Maia running bra from Brooks for years and have loved it. I am very disappointed that Brooks has discontinued the Maia and replaced it with the Dare Run Bra. The materials feel much cheaper in the Dare Run, and the fit isn't as good - instead of individual support I feel like my breasts are squashed together yet not supported. The optional cross strap is a gimmick without any real value. Bring back the Maia!

Not as supportive as my old brooks bra. The straps come off and Im not sure why that is a feature with an athletic bra? It is annoying.

It?s okay - but the straps chafe and unhook during exercise.

I wanted to love this bra because how well supported I felt when I put it on and went on my first run. But quickly I learned that the straps never stay hooked no matter what I try. I think youre better off trying one where you dont need to hook the straps manually because this has been frustrating battle every time I work out :(

If you are looking for a running bra, this does not compare to the support of the Maia.
However- if you are large cheated and find it IMPOSSIBLE to find a supportive every day bra, this is the bra for you! I wear a 40FF and it is impossible to find bras with proper support.
With that being said- I wish they would bring the Maia back for a workout bra! I literally and piecing my old ones back together because I cannot find anything else comparable.

Its a great bra and offers support and good looks. Wish it was in white or beige. Had to go a size larger around the rib cage.

I'm a 44DD, and I bought this to see how it compared to the 44DD in Maia, which Brooks no longer makes. The fit is okay, but the material is odd. I couldn't wear this to work out in but wear it on the weekend when not working out.

The cups fit, but it was too tight in the band. This caused yucky back bulges. The 34s are too big and the 32s are too tight. Dilemma. I cross train: equestrian and cardio/stretching/weights.

It seemed to fit fine, but upon wearing it, the material stretched so much that I felt like I was wearing a leisure bra. Lacks support!

I bought this to try in comparison to the non-underwired Dare bra. After years of wearing underwire sports bras because I thought I had to (I wear a DD), I was delighted to find the lack of underwire does not affect the level of support. So I am ditching the underwire in my sports bras. However, this bra does provide a very nice silhouette if that is your priority. Either way, the Dare is a comfortable, supportive bra.

Loved this my first run but it quickly stretched out. A few weeks in and it?s good only for yoga since the support isn?t there for running. I?m a 34D. Waste of money since I paid full price hoping it would hold me up for running. Non supportive bras are everywhere for a lot less. Disappointing since Brooks bras used to be the best

This is my go to sports bra for high impact. Its comfortable and very supportive. No uniboob. Straps are nicely adjustable and dont dig in or fall down. Its important to check after washing to make sure the straps are hooked back in to the right hooks and in the correct position. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed in this bra. It did NOT keep the girls from bouncing at all! The straps in the back were confusing too, and not something you can just put on without adjusting. They came unhooked in the wash so had to figure out how to put it back together.. I just want something to throw on early in mornings to go for a jog, I don?t want to work a puzzle at that time of day. I wish they?d bring back the old Brooks bras back. The were the only ones that held my DD/E?s in place while running. This bra would be ok for low impact for larger breasts such as yoga or walking.

I love the overall style, material & look. However, it runs large, so I ended up with a size bigger than needed. It slips up my chest as I run. Therefore there is way more bounce than I prefer. I like my girls to stay put. A size down may work better. I do not want to invest in another to find out. I'm disappointed. I hoped this would be my new go-to sports bra.

Be aware the color runs. After wearing and washing the bra a couple of times I wore it under a white tank during my workout. The color bled horribly onto my shirt and ruined it. No amount of washing or bleach will get it out. If it has been happening at every workout it hasn?t been visible on grey or darker colored tops. Overall the bra is ok but could be better. The straps on the back are cute but tend to twist when you are putting it on and are almost impossible to straighten while you are wearing it. The band at the bottom needs to be wider and made of a thicker material or reinforced, it folds up easily and often. I do like the feel of the fabric on me and it breathes nicely. Straps stay put and don?t slide down my shoulders. I?m larger in the bust and the bra gives good support.

I ordered the size I have ordered on other bras and according to the chart. The bra was way too small.

I've owned multiple bras from the Juno forward, and I must say that this is Brooks' biggest miss for me. The seams do not lie flat, but after a couple of five milers I thought it would be fine. One very bloody and chafed half marathon later, it's trash. Brooks needs to bring back the original designer that worked for Moving Comfort. The current ones are missing the mark.

I was very disappointed with the Dare Underwire bra. I am a huge fan of the Maia and Juno bras and have worn them for years. When Brooks discontinued those two, I decided to give the Dare Underwire bra a try. I assumed that I would love it. It was extremely uncomfortable and not anywhere near as supportive as the Maia or Juno. I can't understand why Brooks decided to get rid of two such amazing bras and replace it with this. Bring back the Maia!!!

I am so disappointed in this bra. The fabric is too stretchy & does not lie flat against my rib cage. I have the Rosewater color. After one washing it is stained bright yellow from sweat. I have never had a Brooks bra do that. The straps are too narrow and not cushioned at all, so dig into my skin. The criss-cross back comes unhooked & is complicated to put on.

I really wanted to love this bra. Yet, I do not. It felt comfortable to me when I first put it on and I was excited and hopeful. In fact, the front of the bra has a nice line under my work out and running clothing. When I started running though, it was a disaster. The straps slip (a lot!) and since there isn't the strong velcro straps (like the Juno had!!), I cannot adjust the straps while running. It's a mess. Also, even though I thought the material would be sturdy enough for me, it is not. After one wear the material felt weak and I will not being trying to run in it again. I'm soooo disappointed. I'm a small woman with larger breasts and the Juno was ideal for me. It's super hard to find a replacement running bra. I'm really not sure why Brooks messed with perfection.

Comfortable for anything other than actually running. I?m a DDD and this bra is no better than a regular bra. The underwire chafes, the straps slip and I still bounce all over the place. Bring back the Juno!!!
