I have a Morton's neuroma on my left foot and plantar fasciitis in both feet. Switching to the Topo brand in general was so helpful as it allowed my foot to expand as needed in the toe box. This particular shoe is fantastic. Thanks to these shoes I am back to walking a couple miles a day--which is impossible with any other brand of sneaker for me.

I have been running for along time. At the age of 68 I,m still running. These are the best shoes I've ever had, and I have ran in many running shoes. What I like about the Ultrafly 3 are the toe box, plenty of room, the uppers are soft and the ride is smooth. I have custom orthotic and they work great with these shoes. I also use them around the house, because they are so comfortable. The fit is perfect, the heel does not slip and I like the 5 mm. drop. I have put a lot of miles on them and the soles are showing no signs of wear. I bought these shoes from running warehouse. Thanks Topo for a great shoe!

I've been a devout Altra fan for years, but I am now a Topo convert! These have a natural, responsive ride, plenty of toe room, and NO heel slippage - which was a constant struggle with my Altras, no matter what kind of heel lock lacing I tried. And speaking of laces, even the laces on these are superior. They don't come untied mid-run, and no double knotting is needed! Well done, Topo!

I got the Ultraflys as a way to transition to running in shoes with a more foot-shaped toe box and lower heel without going straight to a zero drop shoe. They were perfect for this purpose! No break in needed, ran 8 miles on the first day. I've reached for these for fartleks, easy runs, tempos, and long runs alike - their versatility surprised me! The midfoot is a bit wide though; I wish the laces were stretchy.

Due to arthritis, I'm starting to run into some foot problems and have been searching for comfort. These shoes were recommended to me by my foot doctor. He was correct! I teach fourth graders and am on my feet all day and need comfort. These are it. Then, after work, I can enjoy walking my dog too!

I have a failed joint replacement of the great toe. I have been avoiding surgery for 12 years now and am so happy to have found this shoe and this brand. I wanted to try other styles for different uses but was disappointed that I could not get a 10.5 is some styles. I found one style at 10.t and have bought three pairs because they are fantastic. I am hoping that soon I will be able to try other styles from this brand. I wore them almost 10 hours the first day and they are still comfortable and my feet are not swollen at all like they are with my Hokas and Altas.

I have two pairs of earlier models of the Ultrafly running shoes and loved them. This is my first paid of Ultrafly 3s. I bought the same size. Unfortunately, the fit is much wider. I can't lace the shoes tight enough. The toe box buckles when I lace as tight as possible and it's still too wide. The length fits true to size. There are no narrow options. I will need to return them. I'm very sad that this shoes style no longer works for me. I still like the brand.

I love these shoes. I have large, weird-in-specific-ways, hard-to-fit feet. I require a large toe-box...but I also have a narrow heel, and a pesky tailor's bunion that CANNOT TOLERATE anything stiff or firm pressing on the outside of my foot. I tried Topos a few years ago due to the obvious correct toe shape, but at that point in time all of the shoes had a rubber detailing on the outside of the foot (and I think I had to get men's sizing because women's either didn't go to 11 or my run store didn't have any?). The model I had (Magnifly?) failed on me disastrously because it was too painful on my bunions. Decided to give it another go when I saw that the Ultrafly model has an entirely mesh upper. BIG WIN! I am so happy that Topo decided to make a shoe with an all-mesh upper. I love that these have room for my toes but also fit snugly across the top of my foot. I am recovering from plantar fasciitis so I wear them with insoles, and I find that they are supportive enough to work really well for my special-needs feet whether walking or running. Thank you for making a shoe I can wear!! I love the Emerald/Fuchsia color combo and I'd love to see more loud, vibrant color options in the future.

I love the toe width. It could use a little narrower heel. I probably sent back 50 pairs of sneakers till I found Topo sneakers. My feet hurt. All sneakers have narrow toes no matter what they say. Finally a company that didn't lie. And, you need sandals that accommodate orthotics, like fisherman sandals. Most sandals are not orthotic friendly.

I didn't purchase these wonders for running, but instead I purchased them for HIIT classes at my gym. I spend two - three hours there a day (7 days a week) and was looking for a new shoe that could accommodate my toe spacers and not press against my bunion. Hello UltraFly3. My toes aren't cramped, my balance is centred and they (so far) offer enough support to allow me to pivot jump lunge and squat my way through HIIT classes. I'm looking forward to taking them out for a road run soon.

I chose these after having shoes with orthotics and I will never go back. I have worn them every day since I bought them and want a new pair but cannot find them. They are beyond comfortable and I'm the kind of person who goes barefoot most of the time. I find myself wearing them every day and all day long because the wide toe box is perfect for my extra wide feet! The only problem is I need and want a new pair and I can't find them! Help!

I am literally on my feet all day long. I work at a doctors office as a nurse and then do massages on the weekend. Nothing compares to these shoes. I naturally have wide feet and these shoes allow my toes to relax and be themselves. My feet never hurt. I will forever be a topo fan! I talk to all my clients about these shoes to them that deal with chronic pain.

I have always struggled with finding the perfect shoe that looks cute and doesn't leave my ankles and feet in pain after a walk. These shoes are the BEST ones I have ever purchased and I am pretty sure I am a lifetime customer!

Ideally, the shoes would be a bit wider across the bunion. That's a problem with my feet, not the shoes! The knit upper allows adequate room and doesn't squeeze. They are very comfortable and supportive. Highly recommended.

Extremely comfortable for my feet that need a wide toe box. This is a new brand for me, so I hope they hold up well. The wide toe box is a little odd, but worth the comfort!

The Ultraflys have been a go to for me and I'm very pleased with these shoes!! It's not always easy to find the right combinations of things I like in my footwear. (super lightweight, supportive but not overly corrective, low drop, wide toe box and secure midfoot fit) They hit all the boxes for me and I've found them to be a great shoe in my rotation. I find myself reaching for them more and more and for different kinds of workouts. I'll definitely be grabbing another pair of these to use as a work shoe as well!

I am really enjoying the updated Ultrafly 3. I have worn them for about 2 weeks now, with approximately 60 miles worth of road and treadmill runs, and have to say that they are way more comfortable in the heel than the previous 2's were, plus the new fabric is awesome.

Love them hate them? I originally purchased the Terraventure 2 at a store and loved them while walking on the level. However, my first hike with a downhill stretch and I thought I'd lose all my toenails. The toebox is wide enough to feel comfy and roomy but it's short. I saw that in other reviews, so I returned them to the store and ordered both this shoe and another Terraventure 2 in a half size larger from Zappos. The extra half size length seems to be from the arch to the heel, because then my heel slipped and my toes were still hitting the top of the shoe. So very sadly, these are being returned. They are otherwise the most comfortable shoe I have tried among many. If you have very very short toes, these might be just the ticket.

I consistently fit into a women's 11 or a men's 9-9.5 in topo shoes. The MT3 in an 11 is WAY too small. No biggie, I just order a pair of 12s. They're ginormous. Apparently the women's 12s don't suffer from the running small issue! My husband has a pair of men's MT3s in a 9.5 that are smaller than the 12s. So if you have big women's feet like me, you may want to just try three men's MT3s. The shoes seem great otherwise! I think I'd love them if there was a size that fit like a normal topo women's 11. The blue and coral color is very pretty. It's a little brighter in person than the photos, which I like.

This is my 9th pair of ultraflies - my first ultrafly 3. I searched for 2 full years for the right pair of shoes for me. Once I found the ultrafly I was in love! I have to give the new model a lower rating though. I'm not sure if it's the zip foam, or something else, but something has changed and I don't love it. I only got 285 miles on them before I had to retire them. Typically I get close to 400. Hoping my next pair lasts longer.

I've had these for two months and the bottom tread is already wearing down and there are worn spots developing in the heels. They look like I've had them for a year. I wear them to walk 10-13 miles per week on a cement walking path. They are super comfy and my bunions don't hurt as much, but I would expect a shoe at this price point to last longer than 2 months!

Hands down best ever athletic shoe for my narrow heel, wide toe, very high arch feet. Second purchase of this exact shoe. Photos compare 2yrs of daily wear (right shoe) with new (left shoe).
I'd also recommend:

These attractive TOPO Athletic Shoes are so lightweight even though the toe box is larger than usual. I went with 1/2 size larger to accommodate my new investment in “Good Feet” orthodic insoles.
I'd also recommend:
Pikolinos are my choice for pretty shoes and gorgeous leather boots with calfskin insoles!!
