This bag is super cute with all the different colors! It's a nice size to hold a lot of items. There are several pockets for smaller items so they don't get lost in the main compartment. For me the strap was a little too short. The strap drop height was about 15 inches if you don't cinch up the sides. You can lengthen the strap but then the sides get all bunched up. I could make it work but it is a little short. I'm 5'9" so that I'm sure is part of it. The backpack function wasn't useful to me at all.

I LOVE this bag for a purse and it has room to throw in a few more items for bigger trips. However, I didn’t love the color scheme on the bag I received. So I returned it. I ended up going to the Cotopaxi store and choosing the colors I wanted.

This is a cheerful, roomy, light bag. I used it on vacation, with my wallet & phone in the outside zip pocket, and large items, like a hat, sunglasses & book in the main part. I wore it as a cross body and felt the strap was long enough - I'm 5'6. It also converted to backpack mode easily.

I got an amazing color combo, but the strap is too short. It can be adjusted, but it cinches the whole bag. I wish I’d noticed that from photos or other reviews.

Bag color is not what was displayed and expected.

I love this bag, though I wish I was given different colors. That's okay, though because the colors are good enough. This bag holds a ton and appears to be pretty strong.
