Love these boots from Munro! I ordered up a half size to make room for winter socks and they fit great. The side zip makes them easy to get on and off and the laces allow me to tighten up on my smaller foot. They are also very cute, military-style boots. A little less clunky than some in a similar style, depending on what you like. The leather is soft and pliable. I always look for new Munro styles that aren't too old-lady and these fit the bill. Definitely a keeper!

Such gorgeous and comfortable boots! I've been wearing a pair of Frye & Co combat boots and they're pretty tired. These boots from Munro have it all: great style, perfect shape and they're really cushy too. I also like the little boost in height! One small thing - there was pressure on the sole of my foot on the right boot, kind of a ridge or little flaw. So I ordered a second pair just to see if this was a construction issue and found that the actual insole of the first pair was shaped unevenly. Kept the second pair. Totally in love and can't wait to wear them with everything!

Finding shoes and boots is always a challenge for me. I have a long narrow foot - very narrow heel. I purchased the Zappos recommended size of 10.5 AA and they fit great. I just love these Munro boots . They are sleek and have some style. Not chunky looking. Can be worn with pants,tights,skirts. I received them yesterday and tried them out today to shovel some of our first snow.... and I felt like I looked great :-) My feet were warm and dry . I Needed arch support and added an insert. Perfect.

Pros: thick sole, water resistant, covers ankles. Cons: runs narrow, no arch support (no boots have this) Disappointed! One of very, very few boots that have wide sizing. Unfortunately, runs narrow - W width fits like a M (B) width. Probably why those with narrow feet love them. Luckily, there is a even wider version. Will try the WW.

I am so excited!! I love Munro shoes because of their construction and because I have a wide foot and a high arch. These boots work for me mainly because they have a side zipper and lace-up the front. Unfortunately, I can't tell you how many boots I have purchased only to send them back because of fit. But, if you have similar foot issues, I think these boots will work for you.

Perfect fit.... I have narrow in the heel ... wide in the front feet. I absolutely love these boots. Wear them every day with faux leather leggings . They are light and the zipper on the side is such a plus

I have EE width feet and it is always so hard to find something truly stylish. These boots are so fabulous! They fit my wide feet with plenty of room, and they are super comfortable, easy to get into with the side zip. I wasn't sure at first if they were worth a splurge, but they totally are. I love them!

I have “problem” feet with bunions, etc. I also can’t wear very high heels, but I wanted a pair of stylish combat style boots. I shopped and ordered two other pair, but these were the winners!! They weren’t super comfortable until I took out the insole and put in my own orthotics. Then they felt amazing!! I love the look because they are very stylish but not too chunky. I also love the rubber sole because it makes walking more comfortable. I would definitely recommend these boots!!

Bingo! I finally found my black ankle boot for fall and winter. I have chronic foot problems so I have to wear very supportive soles and orthotics. I was instantly impressed with fit and comfort. I also jumped on it as soon as I read the steel shank information. This is in the midsole and keeps the shoes and boots from becoming broke down quickly, twisting in the mid sole and becoming too flexible. I need more support than that. I thought the fit was spot on. If you don't normally wear a wide just stick to the medium width because the laces give the ability to adjust the width. These boots are top notch and don't look clunky.

The make is beautiful, and the shoe very stylish. Unfortunately my foot is between Wide and Double Wide, so the EE was too big, the D too tight across the toes. I was sad to return them.

These are beautiful boots! I absolutely love wearing them. These felt like they belonged on my feet from the minute I took them out of the box. These are extremely comfortable, stylish and functional. I have a wide foot with a prominent bunion on my right foot. Because of the way the boots are made, my bunion has room and has not popped out on the toe of the shoe. These are also comfortable for walking long distances, which is a big deal as I am on the heavy side. I recommend these and I am very happy with this purchase. They are a little pricey, but worth it.

Good fit, I was glad I was able to fit my orthotics in them.

The leather of this boot is buttery soft and I really wish it could fit but I wear a size 10 and received a 10 1/2 so I have to return it.

I wish I could keep these boots because I love the style. However, as other people mentioned, these boots run so narrow. It hurt while I was trying on carpet inside my house. Even WW feels like a regular M.

These fit very well and seem comfortable, although I 've only worn them around the house so far. I like the style, too!

Looks and comfort

These boots are stylish and less clunky alternative to combat boots. I’m always a size 8 and the regular width 8 fit but felt a little tight around the ankle. After wearing them once I feel they are breaking in a little and are very comfortable but I would say they’re narrow.

I had to return this pair of shoes because it felt too small.

These boots would have been great if the toe area were more rounded. They narrow at the toes too much and would be painful after 10 minutes of walking. The heel slipped a bit, but the rest of the boot fit well so I would have kept them if not for the extremely narrow toe.

I love these boots, super cute. But the left shoe pushed down into the top of my foot where the tongue is sewn into the toe of the shoe. My left foot is a little larger, so these might not work if you feet are too different size wise.

Wanted to love them. They were so cute. I own a lot of Munro shoes and boots. These just didn't feel good around my ankle. The leather was too stiff for me.

The ‘leather’ on the arch of one boot looked to have water damage at some point in manufacturing. Disappointed with quality. Look closely at photo for apparent flaw.

They run a little large. The issue I had was with the heel on one; it was lopsided.
