I bought the limited edition ombre 1.18L bottle 3 days ago and am already having problems with it. I've been very careful with it and have never dropped it but it has scratched in multiple places. It is clearly not durable at all and it also does not keep water cold as long as advertised. I'm very disappointed for the amount of money spent on the product.

Gave this to my teenager for Christmas. She used it for two weeks and dropped it once from knee-height to the concrete. Now there is a huge dent dead center. For the price, I would have expected this to be much more durable.

I love this cause of water it holds but it does lose it ability to hold the cold which is so annoying.

I just received my "mint" hydrosflask in the mail and it in no way can be described as mint! It's more like a light hunter green! This is a very deceiving picture and description. I had a pink hydroflask that I absolutely loved but I lost it and they no longer sell the pink. I was excited about the mint as a good substitute but am so disappointed in the color ecen though I'm sure the hydroflaskthat itself is superb in all other ways.

I'm extremely disappointed that my water bottle can't hold ice for 4 hours indoors, and outdoors is more like an hour. These are not as good as they once were. Put out my Contigo bottle put ice in it around 7pm and at 9am it's still has a lot of ice. Hydro Flasks is over priced unless your more into looks for lukewarm water.

So disappointed. Didn't keep the coffee hot at all.

I want to love this bottle but sadly I can't the lid is so hard to open it gets stuck.

It leaks like no other! I purchased it for my daughter's backpack and there's water everywhere

Very disappointed with my bottle as for hot drinks there's a significant temperature loss even within a few hours (e.g. tea doesn't stay warm for a whole hiking day). I've also tested this against other bottles (some of which cost half or less) and they performed much better. Seeing all the great reviews here I'm starting to think maybe I caught a faulty model - would like to exchange if possible.

This was a B-Day present but after a while it got to heavy it dented and it was not helpful. I would not recommend.

I bought this water bottle at the beginning of summer and it already started rattling. I am very disappointed in it.

Everybody at school has these bottles, so I thought I would save up and buy one to join the trend. I bought it on March 5th and at first it was wonderful and I was happy to have it. But now it's a burden to carry around. It gets these weird stains on it and I don't know how. It also has a funny taste so I can no longer put water in it without tasting something funky. It also does not keep my water cold very long at all. Makes me upset.

i hate it ! i hate it! this is the worst product ever, it broke when i bought it!

I bought this like 2 months ago and it doesn't keep my water cold for 24 hours at all. All of the ice melts in probably 5 hours. I go to school at about 6:30 am and practice is at 2:45 pm. The ice is gone, the bottle is sweating, and the water is practically at room temperature. When I tried putting the bottle in the freezer with the water in it, the water froze, and it said on the website that it wouldn't. In conclusion, I wasted my money on this. smh

I bought this water bottle because I liked it but, it sucks. The water bottle does not keep my ice cold. I would not recommend buy this water bottle.

I bought this a month ago. Dents, dents, dents! It smells, it has tons of dents, and it's bad. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Ordered about 3 weeks ago, came relatively fast but I received my 40OZ Pacific hydroflask with a huge dent and the insulation everyone claims to be phenomenal was average at best. Only about 5 hours of ice in water. My GF loves your products and I want to as well but a very poor first impression.

I spent some cold hard cash to buy a nice water jug... Hot days here in Hawaii on the CG ramp keeping planes running. Figured, this is the most expensive water bottle, must be good! Sadly, I was let down.... I can't get the taste of metal from my filtered water. Iced hand washed it twice , used vinagar and water, air dried... And still, I only taste metal! At least it looks cool, but a regrettable purchase!
