Extremely disappointed in this lid. I have taken it apart, reassembled it, cleaned it, etc, and it never stops leaking. I would never purchase this lid again. Solid disappointment

I want to love this flex lid but both of my have a slow drip. Beware when carrying it in your backpack!

I wanted to love this lid so much but a few days ago I packed my hydro flask in my backpack along with a eugoly I was going to be delivering and it leaked all over my document. I'm hugely disappointed.

Like the other reviewers have stated, this lid will eventually leak. It's great at first but something breaks down and it starts to capture water between the 2 pieces and the water leaks when you tip the bottle to drink.

It won't let me rate it honestly. Why are you asking me to rate it if it won't let me rate it

This is the fourth cap I've bought and they all leak including this new one I bought. Disappointing from such a quality container company.

I cannot get this lid back together. I'm a nurse not stupid not slow. It's impossible or broken. YOU OWE me a new lid

Difficult to clean. I should have realized it when I saw the instructions on the website but I overlooked that. I don't need any item that needs to be disassembled to be cleaned properly. This will stay in the drawer in the kitchen until absolutely needed in a pinch.

'I had to call costumer service twice because when I drink my coffee this cap leaks and I constantly have to remove all parts just to make sure they are all in place when they are so I have requested two caps still dealing with the same problem this is so frustrating especially when these cups are not cheap

I dropped my old lid and had to replace it with this twist sip lid. It always leaks. I really miss the old one because I could use it with a straw or without. I was thinking about replacing this lid, but I think, after reading the reviews, I won't,

The lid leaks at the seam unless screwed back on "just right." I almost never get it right, so I end up frustrated with coffee on my shirt. The problem started immediately, so it is not worn out.

This lid came on my personalized bottle and it cannot be safely used anywhere but inside your house. If you use it at work, or outside, or on mass transit the place where your mouth goes is continuously exposed to every sneezy, sniffling, coughing, nose wiping person in your vicinity. Even if you twist it closed, your beverage is safe but the mouth piece still exposed. One errant sneeze by a co-worker or fellow passenger and your beverage is toast until you can wash the lid somewhere. Happened to me at work by accident and it was a building we were vacating so there was no where for me to wash and refill it. Peachy. Hydroflasks rock...just not this lid.

I purchased 4 of these Wide Mouth Flex Sip Lids for me and my family's Hydro Flasks. They all leak! Once you take them apart to clean them, which we did when we first bought them, they leak all down your chin and all over your clothes. They leak between the top and bottom pieces. This is a design flaw! This truly is one of the most important parts of your product. Plus, your products are very expensive compared to many other similar/same products that we have purchased and had better results with. You need to have a superior properly working product if you expect customers to pay top dollar for your product. I am completely underwhelmed and unsatisfied with Hydro Flask products.

The 2 Hydro Flask Flex Sip Lids that I ordered worked well until I took them apart to clean them. I followed the video instruction guide to disassemble and reassemble them, now liquid drips out from in-between the 2 main pieces while drinking, most likely from where the red silicon ring sits in-between the two. I have flipped the ring, ensured that I have twisted the plastic pieces together, and mixed and matched the pieces between the 2 lids with no success. I wanted to like these lids, but the coffee stain on my shirt has me back to using the standard twist lids.

We have two of these lids, they both leak. Wish they still had the old lid.

My coffee keeps leaking of the side of the bottle despite the fact that I tighten it well

The old Flip lid is way better. The twist lid is awkward to drink from.

It leaks like crazy. No purpose in having a lid that doesn't seal at all.

It is too hard to take apart for cleaning. I can't even open it. Waste of money. I took the straw out of my other lid and use it to drink.

I've always loved my HydroFlask items, but this lid is terrible on the fact that it leaks when you attempt to drink from it. Wish we would have seen the reviews before buying

Lid leaks always have to take it apart to clean it if you use your bottle everyday this lid will not last

I was very pleased with my HydroFlask 20oz wide mouth until about the third use when the lid started leaking. Wish I had read all the reviews before making my purchase. The HydroFlask does a good job of keeping coffee hot, but I can't drink it without making a mess. I do not recommend this product due to the inferior lid design.

The lid has a strong tendency to unscrew when it's turned to the drinking position. I would not recommend this lid.

fortunately my lid was pink so I could see the black mold forming, it grossed me out. now its not usable and I found a old lid to substitute for this multi layered mold/ bacteria harbored

I'd skip this. It leaks. I move around a lot and a lot of times the bottle, when at an angle, leaked.
