I love that shoe companies are finally catching up with adding zippers to their boots. The Griffin Lace goes slightly above the ankles, so you may have to roll up your skinny jeans and show off your socks! These boots need no breaking in as the materials are firm but soft and surprisingly light. For some reason I was expecting a softer sole similar to other Clarks shoes. I have not had the chance to test all-day walking and standing due to Covid but these are fine for casual wear.

The fit is what I expected and the suede is beautiful, very comfortable shoes, that look Good!

Clark's are just the best shoes and these boots are no different! Such a classic stylish ankle boot! I can't wait to wear them!

Happy with the look, comfort and fit right out of the box. I own 2 pairs of Griffin Mabel Oxfords in size 8 1/2. Glad I took Zappos advise and ordered size 8 in the Griffin Boot. Unlike the Oxford, it is true to my regular shoe size, with plenty of room for a warm sock if needed. Would love just a little more arch support, but it's a very comfortable boot.
