These shoes are very comfortable. I bought a 10 and wanted a little more room , so I tried the 101/2 - 11. The difference was way too big. I wish they would make more 101/2.

Funny I actually love the shoe. This was my second pair. They are light easy on and off and extremely comfortable. However, the pair I received was defective. The sole of the shoe was way firmer than original pair and the insert didn’t go all the way to t try he toe on one shoe, leaving a ledge at my toes. Sent them back and I was afraid to exchange thinking I may have the same issue again.

I’m normally a size 9. I ordered the 9-9 1/2 and they were disappointingly too big??.

The arch support on this sneaker was too far back. I've worn tons of vionic products and never had this issue. I am a true 11 narrow and this shoe was too wide for me... with my heel slipping out with each step. If you have an average/wide foot it may be a great fit. The toe box felt roomy and the stretchy fabric really adds some comfort. I just couldn't get over the feeling that the arch support wasn't positioned well.

The major problem with the shoe is that your heel will probably slip out of it, even if you lace it very tightly. There is no rigid material at all in the shoe, so the only thing keeping your heel in place is the shape of your ankle. I have a curved ankle and there is nothing for it to hold on to. Maybe somebody with a straight ankle would find it more comfortable? The material is knit and soft - very comfortable. I liked the coloring. It is unfortunate that the heel slippage was too much. I couldn't imagine wearing it anywhere, even with socks.

These are cute, but the fit was so small. I have never worn anything other than an 8 medium and felt like I need the 9 in these. Too bad. They are cute.

I really wanted to like this, but my heel popped right out each time I took a step.

I wore the shoes at work I walk around 12 miles a day I bought them for foot pain and I was in agony all day Arch wasn’t correct Slipped on my heal Cute -but that’s about it Sorry I wanted to love them

I loved how this shoe feels and looks. Its also washable but my orthotics didn't work well with the lower heel and profile.

Aetrex Carly is my favorite "running around the farm" every day shoe.

This is my first pair of Aetrex shoes. I have worn them for 2 days and found the fit, comfort and support to be very good.

I love these shoes. I don’t have to wear socks and they’re so easy to get on and off. I also have the black pair and these are a little more snug fitting so there must be a little difference in fit between colors. The arch support is perfect. Not too much not too little. I want every color!

These shoes are really cute and comfortable. However I have high arches so the default Aetrex insole wasn't supportive enough. But thankfully, I have other Aetrex insoles so I just popped out what came with the shoe and inserted mine and wha-la...a perfect fit! I haven't worn them out yet so don't know how they will do for a long day of walking (got them for an upcoming trip) but I know for sure they will be fine for daily life.

I love these! Trendy and comfy… I have tendinitis and these shoes are a comfy rest while my foot heals. Great support and can wear all day.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. I have two pairs--white and navy and I would buy them all if I could afford to. I put the Aetrex Premium memory foam orthotic in these and oh my gosh, comfort level is a 10! It does make them even more expensive with the orthotic, but when you have foot pain, it is worth it. I can walk/stand in these all day. They fit my feet perfectly. I have a slightly wide foot.

very comfortable, all-black pair has nice, compact appearance (except for overly long laces), no breaking in required. Sure would like additional colors... the yellow pair were so light- bright I painted flowers all over (and removed the laces) in order to tone them down (now they go with almost all my summer things....)

Stylish and well constructed

The size is perfect. They are super comfortable and the sole is not too heavy. Love the mesh and color (grey).

Very nicely made shoe. A little tight on the sides but thats probably because i am wide footed.

Shoes felt great from the first wearing. There’s enough stretch to make them easy off/on but the laces make them snug and not slide on the heel. The arch support feels just right and I look forward to wearing them on vacation. The yellow is perfect for summer.

Very comfortable. Nice cushion in the heel in front of shoes. Would have preferred better arch support but it’s not bad. The knit material allows for Expansion. My big toe was right by the edge but not touching it. Bought them on the aetrex website not Zappos bc. Zappos did not have them in stock at the time. Need a shoe horn too put sneaker on because of the soft. It’s like a shoe sock

I love the style of the Carly and I was able to snag a pair in teal - yay me! The sizing is perfect - I was able to order a "40" which is my Birkenstock size. I think the fit is a tiny bit wider than I expected, but it's a good fit overall and the laces allow adjustment, so no worries on the size. I'm suffering with a bout of plantar fasciitis in one foot and when I put my ailing foot in the shoe, my first reaction was the arch was in the wrong place (too far back), but as I settled into the shoe I realized that I didn't have any heel pain. When I put the shoe on my other foot, the arch position was fine and the shoe was comfortable. It envelopes your foot in softness - no socks necessary. I wore these Carly's in the house for a few hours and my conclusion is that the arch is not in the wrong place at all, but that my foot needs an adjustment. I'm sticking with these. This is my first purchase from Aetrex. I think they're awfully expensive for what they are, but my heel doesn't hurt and right now, that's my bottom line. Cushioned heel with no pain not matter what it costs. I'd give these a try.
