I wanted to wear these! Sometimes my wide foot fits into a medium width, but sadly not this time. I really appreciate Zappos easy return policy I would give the Style Five Stars, but I don’t want to rate the other features and pull down the review for this shoe. It’s well made, attractive, has arch support, and deserves good ratings. Update: I had to give ratings to be able to submit this review, so Five Stars!

I wore these shoes every day until they literally fell apart. The perfect comfortable work shoe.

Comfortable, second pair

Love the low cut on this ballet style shoe, please make them in SIZE 12

The Vivienne is the most comfortable of all the Naturalizer ballet flats.

I just bought a few pairs of these ballet flats because I love them so much. I previously bought a pair and wore them out (they still look great 2 years later but have no cushioning left) so I needed to replace them. Since other colors I needed were available and on sale I stocked up. The shoes are a little tight on the top of the foot at first but quickly stretch out after walking for about an hour or so. I bought the black patent leather which is thicker so it was very tight on top. My husband’s feet are the same size as mine but wider so I took his shoe trees out of his dress shoes and put them in my patent flats. It helped but needs to be heated with a hair dryer to loosen them up a little more. They fit fine otherwise. They have very supportive soles and insole padding so they’re really comfortable for walking, and I love their classic timeless style.

I purchased my first pair last year and they are comfortable (not for walking too far, at least for me). However, they are very attractive; so much so that I purchased 2 more pairs in black leather and one pair in a beautiful compatible English Tea. For me they fit much better than the other flat style that comes in the same color from this brand.

Toe box was too small. Shoe is nice, just not a good fit for me.

Honestly, I will most likely buy these shoes in every color. They are SOOO comfortable. They are also not fully pointy nor rounded, kind of in between. I honestly love them.

This Shoe is dressy and great for what my daughter needed to have for her interview and for her Orchestra Performance. Great arch support for walking and also for business attire.
