The Journey II is not as comfortable as the original Journey. Why would you get rid of them?? I am not satisfied with these shoes, and I can't wear them for long periods of time.

I purchased these shoes (in black) for my dad who is a diabetic with knee problems because they were recommended by his Podiatrist. I ordered them online in double-wide size 11 and my dad is not disappointed at all. They are extremely comfortable and fit perfectly!

Very comfortable but a little pricey. Yet my walking and standing comfort are fantastic.

I purchased my third pair in 5 years 4 months ago. I took them to the store where I purchased them when one of the eyelets for the laces cracked preventing me from using one row of lacing. The employee said I shouldn't wear them every day and that there was no warranty on the shoe. I'm retired now so thats all I wear now. Maybe she was right because I only wore the previous pairs on weekends. I am disappointed in the quality of the shoe which is a shame because they are comfortable. But I am more turned off of SAS from the customer service I received. The clerk first said it wasn't the pair I purchased until she compared them to a new pair. Then she said I hadn't bought 2 other pair without asking if I had purchased them at another store. Then she said the shoes were older than 4 months multiple times. My wife asked me later if I counted the number of times she called me a liar. She took my name and number but I was not surprised she didn't call me back like she said she would. I guess she lied. I was not asking for a new pair of shoes. I just wanted a solution to make them wearable.

Straight out of the box--these do not feel as well cushioned as the original Journey, and I will not be able to wear them to work (9hr days on concrete floors) which is why I wanted new shoes. They will be acceptable for casual wear.

When I put these shoes on I was disturbed by the rough interior that hurt my toes. Even with 2 pairs of socks my toes were still under constant pain. I have returned these shoes.

After getting disgusted with casual shoes lasting 2 years or less, I started wearing some SAS shoes I purchased at least 30 years ago. I had forgotten how comfortable and well made they were and was delighted to discover they are still made. They were hard to find in Portland, but I could still order the same size and style on-line. Website was a pleasure to navigate, shipping charge was minimal, and while there was a generous return policy - that is the last thing I would do. Certainly plan to try some of the hewer styles.

These are excellent shoes that are true to size and are very comfortable right out of the box. I would gladly buy another pair again.

Ever since I got neuropathy, these are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn. I wear them every day and my feet don't hurt and I just love them.

This is the third pair of shoes I've bought from SAS . I have shopped various styles and multiple purposes . Although it's always been a positive experience at times I've had to break in the shoes before feeling great walking all day . These are an exception . Straight out of the box it feels like I have been wearing them for weeks . I primarily use the for work but am seriously considering a pair for leisure use

Product fit and finish is first class, my triple wide size keeps me loyal to SAS, adding to the fact that it is a ALL US product makes me satisfied...

I have used this shoe for many many years...........Wish you would offer a discount for folks on disability.

Great for walking around the city. Hoping they last a long time give the brand reputation and price point.

I admit it, I have difficult feet, not helped by by a bunion surgery on one foot that causes more pain than it relieved. I spend a lot of time working outside gardening and clearing invasives from our ten acres. I have bought three expensive pairs of shoes this year to see if I could find a comfortable pair. This is the fourth pair and so far, it is the absolute most comfortable pair. I had another pair of SAS shoes that were wonderful for a two week tour of the UK so I thought that the SAS sneakers might be worth trying. They were!

Walking is easy and comfortable.

I have very wide feet and have the hardest time finding shoes. I an every particular about what I purchase and I have found the shoes that SAS makes are very good quality shoes and they fit my feet very well. I own 4 or 5 different styles and i like them all. The insoles that come with the shoes are cheap and thin so when they wear out i purchase there thicker insoles which hold up well and prevent my feet and back from getting fatigued through the day. I can work in the journey 2 tennis shoes all day without having my feet and back in pain. I have been wearing SAS for at least 12 years.

I have very narrow feet and ALL national brands of sneakers only come in one width (except SAS). Their sneakers have made such a difference in how my feet feel after a busy day, I keep buying them when I need a new pair. They are more expensive then most, but they are made in the USA and are very good quality sneakers that last me a long time. Well worth the money !!!

Only sneaker I can wear due to size of my feet. However, I wish the offered that size in colors!! Tired of all white or all black. No style at all. Oh well, I can dream.

Wear them constantly, swapping out with an older pair, except when working in the garden.

Wear them everyday since receiving them.

I have to wear braces on my feet and SAS shoes fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I have been buying SAS for 10 years now and all I have to do is call and order them and they are shipped to me. Thank you SAS

First time buying so have not had much time using them. I have tried them on and walked around the house and so far they are the best and most comfortable shoe I have worn. They fit like a glove. I will have to come back and see how well and how long they last to give a fair and honest review
