They are pretty but don't provide the arch support you would expect based on the reviews. I'm returning- fit like a reebok wide and no arch support.

I got the blue scale and they are just as pretty as pictured! I have a bad back and need good support. I can wear these all day at work and not be in pain. I normally need a wide shoe but with Alegria the normal width fits.

Shoe runs very small. A full size smaller.

Very comfortable, lots of cushion and stability. Good toe box. Love the style

Great shoe! It seems to fit even better than the original model. Still can't get the app to work for me, but that's not why I bought the shoe.

These are truly comfortable and recieved lots of compliments on style. Zappo went above and beyond to deliver ON the day promised - a little difficult in today's world.

My usual size (9.0) fit but the arch support didn’t feel like it was in the correct place. Size 9.5-10 was perfect. Very comfy and lightweight. Wear on long walks and for Zumba classes. The step-counting is useless. It tells you how many steps you’ve taken since owning the sneakers, NOT per day. Snug fit, probably not for wide feet or bunions.

These shoes are so cute, but are so narrow in the toe box that I need to return. :(

The shoes were nice and somewhat comfortable. However, they would have been perfect if they were a little wider. The style was awesome!

Checked the size chart and decided to try the 9M in this shoe. Cork in the insoles is so soft. Walking in this shoe is quite comfy and supportive. Am happy!

Very comfortable. Good arch support. I’ve had many foot surgeries, making it difficult to find comfortable but supportive shoes. These are wonderful.

This is not my first purchase, so I know how excellent the shoes are. Like the fun designs these come in. I have had foot surgery so need something that will give me good support. I'm also flat footed with corrected bunion surgery and a high instep, what else could go wrong! Know they fit my feet wonderfully every time I order, and I can walk all day in them. They have a step tracker in the shoe that I've never used. Maybe this time.

I was shocked how they felt when I first tried them on. Plenty of toe room, the toe box was nice and roomy. I'am very happy.

I wore it the day I got it and am still using it for my dance class. Love the look.

I ordered a ladies size 13 for my daughter however when we got it it was too small for her. I tried it on and I normally wear 11.5 and it was a perfect fit for me. The most comfortable tennis shoe I’ve ever had. I decided to keep it for myself.

My 2nd pair & was glad to chose another color that I was not aware until visiting the sight.

Doesn’t work for me. Regular size a bit tight. I fear next size would be too large.

Didn’t give this sneaker 5* since I haven’t worn it yet, however the shoe looks nice. I slid the shoe on and feels fine. I could tell it runs small because I generally wear a size 7-7.5 but chose to buy 8-8.5 for sock and walking/running/workout room and the fit is perfect for some wiggle room. I chose the grey pattern and I’m fine with that; I could see the blue & white would be a fun color.

These shoes are adorable and I'm so bummed they were too small & the next larger size was not available. I tried another pair of TRAQ by Alegria (Qarma, not Qarma 2) and size 9 fit just fine, but in the Qarma 2's, 9 felt too small. The footbed was heavenly -- great arch support. I was so looking forward to having these as my new walking shoes. :*-(

Ordered these in a 9 and a 9.5-10 (I’m usually a 9). Though the 9 fit (with about half inch of space in front of my toes), the arch of my foot did not line up with the arch of the shoe. This made the TRAQs uncomfortable. However, the next size up felt fine. Arch is supportive and my feet are cushioned all around. Note: my feet are Medium width. I could see how these sneakers may feel too tight on wide feet or on those with bunions.
