Really cute boot. Too tight and short, rubbed my heel. I normally wear 8.5-9M, ordered 9M to be safe, and so could wear winter socks - they felt way to small and narrow. I may re-order larger, though I've never worn 9.5; waiting for another to arrive before deciding.

This is a nice boot but it did not fit my foot well. I needed more arch support.

I love my boots, but I especially appreciate the service. My shoes got sent to the wrong place (not Zappos fault), but they resent my order, and it arrived in record time.

I did not like the style or the fit of this shoe/bootie. Sending these back. i LOVE Zappos.com. I have already ordered other booties.

Disappointed that the material wasn’t better quality, ordered a 7.5 in a wide width which was a perfect fit but the leather was so stiff that it cuts into you at the top of the boot when walking. Not willing to try to see if it gets softer with breaking it in, returning it.

This shoe was terribly uncomfortable. I need shoes to walk in.

These do seem to run slightly large. But the problem I found was the stiffness of the boot top. It's so stiff that as soon as I tried to stand, much less walk, the boot top hurt my shins. What a shame! If only the tops were more flexible, softer.

The shoe was so cute and fit well, but the front upper edge around the ankle was stiff and felt like it dug into my ankle. After walking around in them I had welts in front of my ankle. Had to return and am now looking for another bootie.

Liked the look but not comfortable, wanted to try Rockport's as I have heard good things about them.

I couldn’t even get my foot into the shoe! They are so cute. I’m disappointed that I have to send them back. If they had a wider width I would try to reorder.

I reluctantly have to return this pair of Rockport boots. Everything about them was what I wanted but the top edge scrapes against my shins and I foresee annoyance and discomfort to come if I keep them. The foot part fits well and I like the style but that front top edges either needs to be padded and softened or lowered.

This is an odd boot. I could have lived with the stretchy fabric, but the top of the boot cut into my shin whenever I took a step. I love the sole / footbed -- hugely comfortable.

These boots are quite uncomfortable - no arch support and very narrow for a medium. Not particularly well made unfortunately, stiff as a board. From photo they looked like good walking boots but NOT!

The shoe was much too snug for me, and my first reaction was that I must have left cardboard inserts in the boots. Unfortunately, I had not, and the stiffness was due to the inflexible leather sides of the boot which dug into my ankles (even with crew socks on).

Does not fit my foot.

I ordered these in December 2021, and it’s now the end of March 2022. They didn’t last very long. The sole, which was glued on, has come off. I’ve been careful when taking them off because of the glued sole, but even with caution, they have come apart. Disappointing, as I’ve only had them a few months. The comfort level was okay, but the sole was very thin, and if walking for longer distances, you’d notice the thin sole. The brand is rated for comfort, but they weren’t always comfy. The zipper is on the outside, which was awkward for me. Luckily, I got them on sale, so I guess I got my money’s worth for a few months.
