I am so happy with this item, keeps food hot for hours

We have had excellent results with the Camp Crock. As a suggestion, it would be nice to be able to stack them, possibly interlock them. It's functionality is superb, it's easy to clean and the right size.

We use it to share food with our neighbors and they wanted one too, so we bought them one for a gift. Yesterday, we used it for gravy to take to their house for Thanksgiving. It stayed so hot and never got a film over the top. We use it all the time to transport food for potlucks, tailgating, outdoor fall and winter parties, hot cocktails, etc...Worth every dime.

We have had ours for a while now and always love when an opportunity presents itself to use it! Some of our favorite uses: - pack dinner and eat it sitting in our canoe after work on a local river. -cook something in the crock pot overnight then load into the meal pail to bring to the ski mountain for a hot cheap lunch that will be the envy of the lodge - Strap it onto the book rack on a bike and god for a long fall bike ride, stop and have a road/rail trail side picnic. The thing is indestructible and keeps food so hot we have had to wait for it to cool a little before eating!

Just bought this crock. Haven't used it out in the real world yet, but I did this test: Preheated crock with hot water according to directions. Added hot soup, measured 200 degrees with a reliable instant read thermometer. Sealed the lid. Ambient temperature was 72 degrees in my kitchen. 6 hours later, opened crock and soup was 148 degrees.

I have 2 camp crocks I use while camping. I consider it an essential piece of camping gear. Whether I am using it to keep corn hot or chicken, hamburgers or hot dogs off the grill hot. And keeping this hot for late comers coming back from the beach. I love this containers. Durable and keeps things hot for hours.

I attend numerous pot-lucks throughout the year, many of them outdoors, some of those during the winter. Up until now I've lugged a pot of whatever along with me and heated it on the fire, usually resulting in one half of the contents being scorched, the other cold. NO more! I recently took my new Stanley Adventure crock to a winter outdoor meet in the woods of Orland, Maine and just being able to pop the top off the crock and have hot food ready to go was really nice. One piece of advice I'd give is to pre-warm the crock with hot water prior to putting your food in it. It will keep things warm longer that way. This thing is a winner!

This is like a thermos tank! Built great. With Covid restrictions, we need to use our car as a base when skiing. Having warm food in the middle of the day is a great option. Looking forward to trying this out on super cold days, and in various situations.

Use it as ice bucket, to carry stew or soup to friends house, keeps things cold and hot really well. Love the latch instead of screwing the top.

I got this so my husband can take hot items (or cold) to church potlucks. Think it will be great for beach afternoons and evenings, too!

we used this recently to store fried rice we made in the woods on a 3 day weekend kept it warm for almost 6 hours, highly recommended!

My father is 98 years old. He has no teeth. I make him one of his favorite meals each week, or something I know he will like (and be able to chew) and drop a crock full over to him for lunch or dinner. I have 2 of these crocks & this allows me to leave one with plenty of leftovers for him to enjoy over the week. When I come back over with the next hot meal, he is so proud to have finished his crock and cleaned it up for me to take home and refill. These are not his only meals of course, but gives us time together and I can share both of our favorite recipes. We missed quite a few of these meals together lately to social distancing. Without these crocks, it would be much more difficult to share time with each other.

Not many 3 quart thermal crocks out there. This one is handy to take your entry in the office chili competition or a pot of soup over to a sick friend. Gave it as a gift and it was appreciated.

This pot is the greatest, holds plenty of food and really keeps it hot for many hours. Use for pastas, meatballs, stews, soups & chili. Worth the price, saves you money!

Perfect for a day at the lake or in the field. Load it up with your favorite hot dish like chili or pasta and take it along. Keeps food very warm and is easy to clean. Well worth the investment and you may want to purchase more than one.

My wife and I use this product ever weekend for our ski lunches. Great for soup, chili, Mac & Cheese, or what ever you want to keep hot.

This Stanley Vacuum Crock I gave as a gift to my son and wife for their camping and trips. They have 3 boys and love to camp or take day trips to the Colorado Mountains year round when the weather is good. I thought how some good hot foods would be welcome.

I've owned other food thermos in the past. This one out performed them all. Stanley's reputation is a winner again. Love their products.

I was really into thermos cooking but this has taken it to a whole new level. Salmon filets, lemon slices, butter and dill in a sealed food saver pouch. Add boiling water, drop the salmon pouch in and pop the lid on. Ready in 30 minutes. Along with a side of asparagus cooked the same way in the crock with the salmon.... Tasty!! I have cooked many meals in this puppy (omelets in bag, steel cut oats in a mason jar, meatloaf in mason jars) and love experimenting with different recipes. It's similar to Sous Vide but with out the spendy contraption and super easy when camping. Going to invest in another one for additional meal prepping with bigger groups of people. Nice job on this one Stanley.

This crock is unbelievable. We fill it at 8:00 take it skiing, leave it in a picnic lodge and come off the slopes to piping hot food even after 10 hours. Love when you buy something and actually performs as described.

Took this little gem filled with chili to go cut Christmas trees with the family. Fantastic! Loaded it up at 4:30 a.m. and got to it around 11:00 which really isn't anywhere near as long as they say items will stay hot.... it was almost like I just put it in there. Matter of fact I burnt myself on the chili it was that hot! So very pleasantly surprised! So happy, can't wait to test out the opposite factor. Love that it should keep things cold for up to 16 hours! We will test it with ice cream... next Summer! Great product!
