After reading the reviews I ordered one half size below and they fit perfectly. Beautiful shoes and comfortable.

It runs a bit generous. I sized down. It is a great classic espadrille. They loosen up with wear.

It is comfortable, and right on trend, I just need to return for a smaller size. it ran a bit too big! But they are comfortable and perfect for spring and summer! I got the black too! The black fit perfectly, so I imagine it is just a manufacturing inconsistency. I think they will loosen with wear too.

I purchased the charcoal they are beautiful I like them much better than black the black is too dark for a summer espadrille. They are true to size for me. This isn't a light shoe, but it is very comfortable and looks beautiful on with pants, skirts, dresses it will go with most. You need to tie the laces around your ankle, so it is secure that is the secret is tying the laces, so they support the shoe. I also purchased the same espadrille in light gold, but you cannot get them from any store or website in the U.S. not yet anyway. I Love Zappos they have the best customer service if I can purchase something from them I will, before I purchase it from any other store because of the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE FAST RETURNS AND THE FAST DELIVERES. Sometimes they don't have stock of what I want so I have to order elsewhere but they are the Best. They do offer sometimes to be notified through email when they get items back in stock with your size & color by leaving your email and they always get it back in stock when you sign up for notification.

You got the wrong size in Us 39 is 8 in US

the shoes were just what i was looking for. They just did not fit my feet

These shoes are absolutely adorable, super flattering and moderately comfortable. However, after one wear (which was 6 hours mostly indoors and seated) there were loose strings and the rope on the wedge had come loose and was peeling back. After a second wear (about 3 hours at a restaurant) the shoes looked worn and sad. As much as I love how the shoe looks I will never repurchase.

Mistakenly got the 80mm wedge instead of the 60mm. These were too tall for me. Also not comfortable and a little narrow. Returned.

I typically wear an 8 1/2 and order the suggested 39 for a size 9...so 1/2 size up but this shoe was still way to small. I hope to order the 40 if available and maybe it will fit

These are very narrow shoes & sizing in small by at least one full size - so if you order, order up a full size!

The box was mis- labeled so I received the wrong size and color.
