GIRL yes you can hike in these! Not that I did.. I tried the original Palladium and the low heel was not comfortable for me because flat soles strain my calves. The extra height was a relief. My toes are wide so I went up half a size and it fits great with socks. The zipper is a big plus! Wish these came in leather.

Since Doc Marten's are now EVERYWHERE, I had to search high and low for a stand out black boot...FOUND IT! These boots are awesome and I have received so many compliments on them already. Can't recommend these enough for a fall style staple (look great with my Levi's ribcage jeans/cords)/

The heel is high enough to be stylish and comfortable! This is an excellent urban hiking shoe and it was immediately wearable, didn't have to break it in at all :) The zipper is a great feature to get in and out of the shoe quickly. I have another pair of Palladium boots and it can be an ordeal to put on/take off. The canvas is still stiff but I imagine it will soften a little over time.

I love everything about these. I bought my regular size and had room for slim boot bed to add a bit more cushion and arch. I get tons of compliments every time I wear them. They look great with jeans and even a dress.

Really super cute (I got the taupe) and true to size. I walked about 2 miles in them the first time out with no problems. My feet are medium/wide with bunions. They ached a little bit by the end of my walk but nothing bad. The bottoms aren't super cushy and the arch support is weak compared to my other "comfort" shoes but for the price, these are fantastic.

What everyone else said and more—about the side zip, heel height, style, and fit.. I got burned from buying too-small secondhand boots that said they were my size or just looked Not Cute—these fit my 9.5 Wides perfect, and are comfortable for a whole day at work.

Snagged the black pair on sale and they are AWESOME. Disappearing fast or I would get another color! Super cute, I love them. Very comfortable.

Love these boots. I was looking for a vegan alternative to doc martens in a material that won't persist through the next ice age. These fit the bill and more! I followed the advice of another reviewer and got a thin pair of Dr scholls memory foam insoles, which provide a little more arch support. That approach may not work for people with a high instep. The zipper is brilliant. I love the rubber sole! These are great urban walking shoes, and are more comfortable than the lower heeled style. I highly recommend.

Super cute and comfortable. The boots look great, and are very comfortable to wear all day long with no break in time. The sole is really cool, and adds some nice height.

I ordered my regular size 7.5 and they fit fine. The shoes were a bit stiff but after only 2 days wearing, they were fine. No arch support but I’m not hiking with them so not an issue.

My husband didn’t like them at first (and who cares what he thinks!), but I wore them to a party and when we got home he said they were cute. Very comfortable I walked and stood for about 3 hours with no problem.

I love these shoes but they are not great for people with slightly wider feet. For me they are loose in the heel and have tons of toe room but the sides are too tight.

I'm very sad because these are super cute and I loved them but my wide feet didn't. I returned them and they don't have the next two sizes up for me to try.

Thought they might be a little narrow at first but wore them around the house.. very comfortable ?

I love Palladium but these boots felt a little to clunky for me and weren’t comfortable enough to keep. I returned them. Fit true to size.

Seriously styling! I get looks and compliments. Looks great with so many outfits . Not the most comfortable shoe , fit slightly off in a weird way , feel like I need a heavier sock to help. Was disappointed as I got the tan and there’s a small bleached spot on top of the shoe . Shoes should be inspected before going out or discounted if damaged, good money is paid for this shoe it should reflect that .

I absolutely love the way this boot looks, but it is absolutely not worth full price. There is zero support for people with flat feet, zero arch support, and the insoles are not removable. However, the insole is thin enough that I was able to put orthotic inserts on top of them. The width was normal, but it would be nice to have it marginally wider in the toe box for flat feet. Color of show is as pictured for the navy blue, and the twill canvas material is nice and thin you could wear these in the summer. However, the canvas stains easily and I wouldn't be surprised that the thin material will wear quickly from use.

Adorable shoes but super mad because the sizing is so terrible. Normally an 8.5 womens in almost everything -- these are half a size too big but can tell the 8 would be too narrow in the toe box to size down. Confused

I wouldn’t know because this pair has been worn already. I’m sending them back.

Unfortunately I received worn shoes, hair on the outside, fuzz balls inside, scuffs and wrinkles in the canvas. So they'd been worn. I didn't feel that I wanted to pay $90 for used shoes. Sadly returned and no others available to exchange. But they were super cute, I would like to try ordering again another time.
