Purchased the RipRuck 32 for participants at the IMPACT Experience event. It is the perfect size to hold all their equipment plus utilizes exceptional materials and design techniques.

Black L/XL, used for EDC, and no significant wear other than a small tear and some zippers with the black coating rubbed off. Great comfort all around, the shoulder straps are great, support and adjustability that you usually don't see on the competitors'. Hip/waist support more than adequate, and when you have the pack loaded down you'll be happy they're there, and when you don't they tuck away and you may forget they are there. So much room in the open compartment, quick and easy access but still secure enough for those off-path adventures, perfect for stuffing with everyday items, like water bottle, jacket, lunch bag, or with the zoid cell bags for organization of trip essentials. The exterior pockets are perfect for multi-tools, flashlight, keys, quick access gadgets... etc. The computer compartment will fit a very large laptop comfortably and keep it protected with the sturdy back/lumbar support piece. Overall I've had mine for over 2 years and have traveled all over the world with it and I honestly don't have any complaints that would warrant any less than a 5-star review. Honestly, get one. It won't change your life, unless you get one.

I love everything about this bag. The side pockets are so useful and handy. The fact that they seal even without the zipper closed is great for when you're going in and out of pockets. The separate laptop pocket is so useful! The only thing I'd fix is the top flap is a little floppy so it doesn't always catch the magnets. Maybe having a little more sturdy material to help keep it more ridged would fix the issue

I bought this as a daily work backpack. It is phenomenal! Exceptionally well-made, tough as nails, includes awesome features (e.g., magnetic closures), and it is comfortable.

I spent many a year in multiple backpacks worth of trying to find the right one. I need something sturdy But light enough for me to take to work or school. I work in the medical field and I need a big Pack in order for need to take an extra pair of scrubs socks, and yes, the occasional change of shoes. This pack changes the game. I've taken it everywhere. Work, school and Travel. I put in a heavy 16 inch MacBook Pro and an 12.9 inch iPad Pro for nursing school and it still is comfortable. I got rid of the hip belts, I only use hip belts in the backcountry but other then that I love this pack, it will my go to every day nursing pack.

Phenomenal quality and very nice design. Extremely easy access with the rip-zip lid and the rip-zip exterior compartments. I love how Mystery Ranch managed to essentially build a modern ruck from the ALICE pack. Super simple and effective.

I needed a pack that could adequately de-weight my shoulders like a hiking pack, be small enough to fit under a plane seat, sturdy enough to carry 40 lbs regularly, dedicated padded place for a laptop, and have compartments for miscellaneous things. The frame is not as sturdy as you'd expect from a hunting pack, but it is sturdy enough and most importantly you can increase the length of the frame to fit taller and bigger guys. Other backpacks in this style like from the 511 company do not have adjustable frame lengths and the shoulder straps are sewn straight into the top of the pack.

Amazing bag for Airline travel. Fits under the seat. I love the full harness and hip belt for the long hikes in the big airports. Side pockets fit my pillow and water bottle with ease.

This Pack is possibly the best pack/ laptop bag, I have ever used. and I have used ALOT of packs over the years from a Jansport book bag in 1980-83 in high school to any high end pack you can think of. I do wish the large frame was available when i purchased this pack. It holds too much and is potentially very heavy. I will be using it for vacation in February and will see how it is for that application. So far this is the best pack I have used for work and EDC. A EDC weapon holster hook and loop field would be awesome.

Almost perfect. Wish it had a pocket on the outside of the lid and/or on the inside. Maybe a little bit better nylon strap or single molle section that you can attach a knife or caribeaner to rather than a small elastic piece on the shoulder straps. Otherwise good EDC bag

Recently bought this to upgrade my EDC- travel- hiking all in one pack that is a 15 year old North Face. Broke it in on a 6 day trip to SoCal & Oahu. Fits in the overhead fine. The large main opening is awesome and convenient, able to pack everything for the trip. Computer sleeve fits flip flops perfectly. Lost a water bottle that fell out of lower right outside pocket, lack of attention. Two smaller pockets on rear are Very small, headlamp
and very small items only. The straps and waist belt will take some getting used to, not much
padding- stiff.Used sternum strap to make sure shoulder straps pulled together vs outside edge of strap biting into shoulder. Pack seemed to carry better with more weight, gallon+ of water, food
and beach stuff carried well. Overall it seems to fit the bill, it has big shoes to fill.

Great build quality, enough space for my CCW, a10x12 plate, laptop and other items. Only minor complaints would be the two front pockets aren't square and no shock cord retention loops for the water bottle pockets (which I installed myself, just wished it came stock.) Otherwise an amazing bag

This ruck's storage compartments are well organized and easy to access. I carry my 15" laptop and other work folders and work equipment easily. The main compartment has plenty of space, while I store smaller items like sunglasses, multi tool, and access cards in the smaller pockets. The side pockets easily accommodate my water bottle. I'm also very happy with the fitment of the shoulder and waist straps. To break the bag in, I used a 50lb. ruck weight plate and carried it in the laptop sleeve on several five mile hikes. No problems at all once I had the ruck properly fitted and my hips carried the load. Very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this bag for hunting, day hikes, and daily work use. I'm a backpack connoisseur and I think this is one of the best I've ever owned.

I've owned the Rip Ruck 32 for about 2 years now. I love everything about this bag. It has quickly become my favorite pack, especially for traveling. It fits and feels great. I am 5'9" and have the L/XL frame. The simplicity of the pocket design makes accessing your gear quick and easy. I honestly do not have one negative about the pack. The quality, fit, and design are excellent. I liked the bag so much that I bought a SM/MD frame for my wife.

Just recently got to use this bag on a training day. Rip Ruck is as other Mystery Ranch products really well made. Plenty of storage and comfortable to wear all day long. Two complaints, I wish the waste belt had more adjustment for a post Covid belly. Also wish the two small pocket on the outside were a bit larger so slightly larger items would fit. As it is, i can barely get my hand inside each. Otherwise this bag is awesome!

I bought this bag for an upcoming trip and couldn't be happier. Zippers and zipper handles are good quality and are lasting through all the abuse. Big enough for a 3 day bag with plenty of compartments. The laptop compartment is huge and allows for more room in the main. Very happy and good purchase, will definitely reccomend.

First class product with amazing quality and awesome features. I bought this to be my urban and everyday carry. But I wanted it to also double as a mid size pack for outdoor pursuits. The compartments and easy pull systems are incredible for access and storage. Great job MR Team!

A year ago while traveling though Montana, I stopped at Mystery Ranch HQs to see where my 3 Day was made that I had carried for 5 & half years in Iraq & Afghanistan. The owners daughter & team member were gracious enough to show me around. So when I was looking for an EDC bag, I defaulted to the company that had taken care of me. I chose the Rip Ruck, it is everything I was looking for in an EDC bag. The design, quality, & craftsmanship isn't found in your mainstream manufacturers. It easily goes from the office to the mountains. Well done.

I'm in High School and I've definitely put this bag through its paces. Every day for the past 3 months it has been loaded with roughly 35 pounds of books because my school doesn't have lockers. In addition to this it has been on multiple hikes the longest of which went about 45 miles 23 one day 22 the next and the bag held up great especially with the hip belt. Overall a great durable, and comfortable pack that you can take and use anywhere.

I use this as my daily driver for my laptop and it works wonders! Great space for any size laptop and enough storage space for chargers chords and anything else I need to fit in there. Will even take this bag as a travel carry on when I have to go on the road. Solid bag!
