This is a GREAT mug! The ONLY problem I have is that the rubber seal on the plunger got misplaced while it was being cleaned and I can't find a replacement part or a replacement lid assembly and I can't use the mug until I do! HELP!!!

I take this in the car with ice and cold water and it lasts all day... 8 to 10 hours and ice is still there. It also goes in my motorcycle tail bag on its side and does not leak. In camp it gets hot coffee and I can sip on it all morning. Remember how soon the coffee is cold outdoors in an open mug. No more. Just got off the phone with Stanley PMI and the minor issue I had with the lid is being replaced! No hassle, no problem. What a great product and company to deal with

I have gone through 20-30 coffee mugs and this is the best I have found so far for me. It had to be leak proof, easy to clean, keep coffee hot, have good capacity and fit in the coffee holder in my car. It will keep coffee hot for 5 to 6 hours but I drink 5-6 cups a day so I will get refills long before the coffee ever goes cold. As a bonus its not a wimpy mug I have to baby. Its built like a tank.

I love this mug! In my experience it has been perfect; completely leak-proof while keeping my coffee hot for hours. I will say that I DO NOT think the lid is dishwasher safe. I washed it once in my dishwasher and I'm pretty sure the little rubber piece (that I failed to notice when I first got the mug) that fits on the stopper fell off, thus not causing the lid to not seal at all. However, when I contacted Stanley about the problem they sent me a replacement mug at no charge! I will NEVER buy another mug...unless it is another Classic One Hand Vacuum Mug!

This 1 handed thermos is awesome ! Its the new kid on the block ... I use it for coffee and tea . For coffee I add coffee creamer and sugar then shake ... No spills ! For tea I add hot H2o , 2 teabags and put the top on it will steep perfectly. Have tea and or coffee hot all day to sip on . I never worry about spilling it at all. Mouth piece fits perfectly !Fits in cup holders ...

This is, without a doubt, the best travel mug on the market today. I fill it with hot coffee and drop it into my purse without a doubt, it WILL NOT SPILL A SINGLE DROP IN MY PURSE. Not only does it keep your hot beverage steamy hot until you reach the summit (There is something absolutely decadent about sipping a hot latte on the top of mountain) My most favorite feature is the top because it breaks down easily into 4 pieces for easy cleaning. I put the spring, the stopper, the center post and the round collar/cap into the dishwasher and it is truly clean. No more gross gunk growing in the nooks and crannies as often happens with other travel mugs. I use it every day. When we left it on a remote coffee shop on an island in Canada, I sent my husband back in the sailboat 6 months later to fetch it. (And the coffee shop, recognizing what an absolutely fabulous travel mug it was, had set it on a high shelf awaiting our return.) Throw away all other travel mugs, this is the only one you will need.

Love this mug, you never have to worry about spills with it which is great for the purpose. When I make coffee, it's usually because I'm on the move all day doing stuff, and I want to be able to bring it everywhere without worrying about spills.
My only dislike with it is that the lid is pretty difficult to clean. I think the average "Ease to Clean" rating is a bit misleading though. You have to disassemble the lid and then clean out all the moving parts. The cup itself is easy though, obviously.
Still, fantastic mug and I was very happy with it until I lost mine in a spontaneous move recently.

It's fine, keeps coffee hot for several hours. It doesn't fit under my Keurig single cup coffee machine, so I use another cup to fill it. Trigger is bit cumbersome but it will do the job. Overall, it seems to be a decent quality coffee mug.

I liked that it does keep my tea hot for longer. I work nights in the hospital and I love my tea so this is a perfect for me! I have only ever used Stanley for my cold water and this one has did not disappoint. I like that you can take apart the mechanism on the cover for easier cleaning. Although if you're with someone having difficulty with hand strength, the trigger action might not be for you. Takes a little bit of effort to press on it so you can have access to your drink thats why I gave 4 stars.

Very good quality and function. Wish Stanley would make them in USA instead of China.

Honestly would have been 5 stars except my lid broke just recently. Until then it was my favorite travel mug that I used daily. Would definitely buy again and probably will.

This is an interesting mug. I like how thin, sleek, and easy it is. I've been looking for travel mugs that are just easy to clean and doesn't have a lot of nooks and crannies. However, I don't know if I love that everytime I have to drink, I have to press the "trigger"/button. I didn't realize that was its function when I bought it. On one hand,
I feel like this probably helps keep it hotter, and there are some pros to this functionality. And it's not the worst experience overall. But my biggest thing is if you have arthritis or carpal tunnel, this just wouldn't be for you. But overall, I do like it.

It took me awhile to get used to the spring action button. I really needed to be "broken in" for me. At first it was a little hard to activate then over time it was easier to operate.

I have had two of these they work great. The only issues that I have had is that over time with ALOT of use they do not maintain temperatures as well as when
When first used. They still out perform most other mugs. My other issue is that the constant need to take apart and clean the trigger housing/lid does weaken it

I do love this mug, it's a great size, my only complaint is when you open to drink it starts to loose heat pretty quickly, so the twelve hours it claim to keep is when you don't drink out of it.
But I'm very happy with my purchase, and I will recommend to my friends.

Not bad Seems to keep liquid hot, have not given it much of a chance to get cold. The drinking hole is good, but not crazy about the trigger mechanism, not for the way it works, but for the reason of having to take it apart and put back together in order for a daily cleaning or rinsing. After using it I prefer a Mug with a handle. The bottom line is its a good product, and you can never go wrong with Stanley, even with my personal dislikes

Very good mug, all the qualities required to be the best mug.
Don't spill/ leak, hold warm and good durability.
BUT when you let the mug in the sun, plastic cap kinda smell as if it was burning, not too strong but a little bit maybe the plastic component could be changed ! :))

Great Mug. The trigger seems to be better, easier to clean, and more sturdy than the trigger on my old CamelBak Forge, but I do wish the Stanley had a finger hook to make it easier to carry.

Love mine and have had it for years. Works great keeping things hot/cold. Never leaks so i can put it in my backpack without worrying that anything will get wet. And despite my clumsiness it still looks good outside.
But noticing that the inside it looking a bit nasty and has me worried. I never ever clean the inside with anything sharp or abrasive so Ihave no idea why this should happen.

It's good. Holds hot for at least 6 hours without conditioning it first. I think the trigger mechanism is a little stiff and high but it does work for most.
