Do the growlers come with the required federal label affixed to it? So they can be filled from the tap house?

This is my second growler. Loved the handle and overall use of it. However this is also the second one I broke the lid same exact place. You should sell a replacement lid for this growler.

The first time I used it I had no problem in unlocking the cap on the 64 oz growler but the second time I cannot open it up. I have no problem with unlatching but can't seem to lift the cap up to uncover the opening. I do have arthritis. Someone else try also. I was using it for keeping hot water to drink and not for beer. Is there a gadget that will allow me to pop the cap open? Or just use a wrench to try lifting up the cap. I have had problems with unscrewing the regular Stanley products but usually manage to get them open. I use both vacuum bottles and food vacuums and appreciate that water and food keep warm until I need them. I recommended the product to a friend but will have to tell them of this problem as they want to get one for their elderly mother who does not want to keep boiling water every time she needs some. The plastic handle broke :( and I can't find a replacement handle. The thermos is designed to use the handle to seal the growler.

The hinge is already showing signs of almost breaking. Such a disappointing experience. Never been dropped or mishandled so I'm shocked.

The inside is not smooth, it's the same as in any other Stanley bottle so it's not for any bubbly beverages. Even when the inside was wet and beer cooled down to 4C it foamed a lot while pouring.

Very disappointing. The water only stays hot for about 4 hours. You cant even make a decent cup of coffee after that time as the coffee creamer doesnt dissolve. We live in an area where there is not constant power so like to keep water in the thermos for a cup of tea later in the day. We bought a Chinese stainless steel for one twelfth of the price and that keeps water piping hot for a good 12 hours.

Bought my Stanley growler 7 days ago, for our road trip, to keep boiled water hot, after my husband and I blaming each other for not boiling the water or warming the growler first, we realised it doesn't keep the water hot for 18 hrs as is states. Luke warm tea after 6 hrs disappointed as it wasn't cheap.. Reading the other reviews if I ever need to keep liquid cold, I have a expensive jug to do so I would not recommend for keeping boiled water hot

I bought this to pick up fresh brew from the brewery during the week to enjoy over the weekend. When I received it, the ceramic coating on the inside had a blemish or chip missing from the bottom. I purchased this as a non-metal alternative to keep my brew tasting as it should so naturally was disappointed but I can live with it. 2 days later I had it filled, placed it in my passenger seat and in the 20 minute drive home, a small puddle of my delicious brew had developed in my seat. If it leaks liquid, how is it air tight? If it isn't air tight, how does it keep my beer fresh? I've emailed Stanley with my distaste with no response. I should have went with Hydro Flask but the ceramic coating persuaded me to stray from what I know.

Beverage was lukewarm in 4 hours. 74 degrees outside and the growler was also being stored inside a soft pack cooler, which was set on top of a paddle board. So no direct sunlight actually hit the growler unless it was being drank out of. Coating is not durable at all, as I have many scratches & dents after just one day on the river. (Buffalo River in Arkansas, casual floating, no rapids or white water) Again, growler was kept inside a cooler, so no direct exposure to elements. The "legendary" toughness of Stanley was not present in this product. I also tried the Ceramivac growler, same result. Even more denting of the bottle, used on an even shorter float, still kept in a cooler.
