does not keep the Beverage cold whatsoever , ice melts within hours

It leaked right from the get-go around the spigot. otherwise I loved it. We like to take our fresh well water with us when we go on trips and were so excited to upgrade our storage situation. Alas it began leaking immediately. Then I went for some duct tape thinking that might solve it - but no. I am sad to say it went to the landfill which I am not proud of but couldn't think of another use.

Worked great for a 2 months now the water leaks from the spout I clean it and can't find a replacement

This jug leaks all the water. Worst water jug I've ever oweded. My igloo is better than this piece of junk.

It leaks. We have replaced the spout x2 and still leaks

We filled it for the first time and it spout leaked all down my counter. When I tried to get it replaced I could get any response. It's a good idea but the spout is a bad setup

I've had this jug for about 6 months. After 1 month, it started leaking from the spigot. Probably leaks half a gallon of water a day. I've submitted a warranty claim and it took about 3 months to get accepted. Still haven't received my replacement part after 2 months of waiting. Hopefully it's just a faulty spigot. But overall, it isn't worth spending the money for your whole back seat to be filled with water everyday.

The spigot leaked for us, and not just drips, but streams of water even after closing the top vent.

Doesn't work. Seeming to be missing o rings or something. Came assembled and won't hold water through spout. Can't find replacement parts either. Brand new, never got to use it.

The spouts leak. The company sent me news spouts for both of my coolers and they also leak.

It leaks! Water drips out of the spout, albeit slowly. I took it camping over the weekend, got up the next morning and didn't have any drinking water because it had leaked out over the night. Can't believe I paid so much for something that doesn't work. ):*(
