The hiking boots are NOT waterproof. One step in a stream or creek and your socks will he soaked. Very disappointed on my first hike with these boots. I reached out to Bozeman company and they shared that this “hiking boot” is not meant to be waterproof as Zappos advertises. Bozeman also informed me that this boot is meant for “casual city wear and city hikes”. Super false advertising if you ask me. I wish I could return these for true waterproof hikers.

Just tried these on at REI and wanted to report back how amazing they are! I usually wear size 7.5 or 8 and the 7.5 in these fit perfect. They are stylish, lightweight and hugged my feet soooooo comfortably. I have a slightly wider toe area and they didn't feel too narrow. These will be perfect for Spring, Summer and Fall hiking in Colorado!

I was looking for a walking shoe for distance-walks with a friend in the winter weather. These hiking boots feel more like a high top sneaker--not too heavy or bulky. I'm getting used to the zero drop, and really loving them after just a few days.

Not the most comfortable, especially around the ankles.

Nice flexible and lightweight hiking boot but very bulky. Rather difficult to get on without widely loosening lots of top laces. Very narrow heel, which works well for me. Builtin insole arch sits a little too close to the heel, as if made for a much smaller foot. Material may be waterproof, haven’t tested yet. Of course, because the tongue is not gusseted to the shoe, one couldn’t expect not to get wet feet if they’re submerged in water.

Very sad to say this boot is NOT waterproof. Went hiking and walked through streams, in came the water and soaked my socks making the rest of the hike miserable. Really sad because I think this is a good boot other than that.

I have only had one pair of Oboz that I have worn for this last year, Sapphire mid. They are a terrific boot. So I thought I would get a light weight shoe/boot for walking etc for Spring/Summer. There is very little positive about this shoe! They are not attractive, they look like a high top sneaker with a bit more support but the sole is wrong. It doesn't know what it wants to be. And a comment to anyone thinking this is a hiking shoe, it is not. I may try for the sapphire low. Now the Sapphire is an incredible boot. So well made and well thought through...
