Easy slide into, yet they don’t fly off when active

These shoes are not great quality. My child has been wearing them for one month. The material at the toes is strangely thin and already getting worn out. The decorative stitching on the sides of the shoes is coming undone. And while it's convenient to be able to pull them on and off without tying the laces, the stretchy shoe laces having gotten pulled so thin that they are about to snap. I am a regular Nike customer. I buy my children exactly one pair of shoes every six months or so. They are usually last six months of daily wear with no problems. This is just a poor design.

These are cheap shoes....for the price they cost. They have already started to fall apart.
