Shoe was comfortable and felt true to size. Be advised the white leather color is definitely not white in real life, it's grey with a green undertone and kinda dingy looking, not at all like the color in the picture. I need a true white shoe so these are going back.

I'm sorry to say in person these look a lot like big hot dog buns, didn't even try them. It's a shame because SoftWalk flats are some of my favorite shoes. I'm sorry they didn't work out.

I don't really know what is "Soft" about these shoes. The soles are super hard, I felt like I was walking barefoot on pavement. Too bad, because they were cute and it's so hard to find sneakers with removable insoles.

While the material felt nice and the color was true, the sizing was a bit off - feeling a bit too long and a bit too narrow for the advertised size.

Sadly these are not true to size so I’ll have to return them.

What a weird shoe. My size is 9.5 N, and my feet are both narrow and low volume. I ordered a 9.5 N in this shoe and it was at least a half size too short. Also, the toe box volume (top to bottom, not side to side) was so small, it compressed my toes. Torture devices. If it was a good looking shoe, I might have tried a 10 M, but this shoe truly looks geriatric. It isn't white, but a mix of beiges and eggshell. It's going back.

So comfortable but the outer material is breaking down a little quicker than I would have hoped.

What a relevation! I have very thin ankles and a foot that runs a bit narrow, and it is a rare day for me to find shoes that fit right out of the box. I slipped in my orthotics, but didn't even really need them, as the foot support isn't too bad. And they are farily stylish, definitely don't look like they provide as much orthotic support as they do.

LOVE THESE. My second pair the red goes with everything and I always get compliments. Not the most supportive shoe but I love them.

These are great shoes. They are my second pair of leather sneakers, and I feel like I can wear them to work as they look sort of professional.

I bought these before we left for an Ireland/Scotland trip. These shoes ended up with many miles and visited so many cool places. I’m typically a Birkenstock loyalist - these were an exception and I love them!

I thought the shoes were great. The length was fine, but the shoe is very narrow. Most shoes are too wide on me because I have no arch. I loosened them as much as I could and they still hurt. Sorry.

Cute shoes but seemed to run very small. Back to Zappos.

Comfortable. Room to wiggle toes. I added a 3/4 arch stabilizer on top of the existing insert and it made the shoe fit better. Otherwise, too roomy. It does squeak. It is the tongue rubbing on the inside of the shoe. I think I will add tape underneath to keep it from rubbing.

I love these red leather sneakers! They were comfortable right out of the box, but continue to get even more comfortable the more I wear them. They are my go to shoe now. The support is good, they are low profile. I’ve gotten lots of compliments. Easy to keep clean.

Great design. So comfortable it feels like I’m walking on clouds! Love it.

Usually take a smaller size

A very comfortable, casual shoe! No breaking in! I ordered them in the gray and really like them.

Fun! Hard to find Red. Fits well with thick socks on my narrow feet.

these are very soft and comfortable shoes, and as cute as they can be. probably i will wear my own orthotics in them for a little more arch support. a good buy.

I love this shoe. The leather is soft, and it comes in many colors and widths. I need a wide toe box, so I ordered the wide. I would have preferred a slightly narrower heel, but these are ok. They don't slip at all, just gap a little bit on the sides of the heel. I have worn this style for miles and miles in Europe and just wore this brand-new pair in NYC with no issues at all even after walking more than 25 thousand steps. But I really wish that Softwalk would make this shoe in a true white - I don't really care for the cream color that is called white. Please Softwalk?
