Very soft and comfy! Sadly for me, it is too narrow. Perfect for narrow feet.

The best fitting shoe right out of the box that I've ever gotten. This is a great looking extremely comfortable shoe.

THIS is a true loafer. Soft, soft leather (in this case, suede) and moccasin construction. I appreciate the removable insole. Zappos recommended a size 9; I ordered my usual 8.5, and they fit like a dream. Well worth the price.

These feel amazing on and I think look really cute. I am normally a size 6 but Zappos suggested a 6.5. They were perfect.

Had to return the first pair - shoe ran about a half size larger. My mom says they are the most comfortable shoes she's ever worn.

Expensive but worth every penny. I have thin bony feet and these are perfect.

The first pair of Samuel Hubbard loafers I purchased were the traditional smooth leather penny loafer called the tailored traveler in a 7.5 and they fit well but with little give and on the snug side. so when I ordered the Free Spirit model (a driving shoe) I ordered the same size. they are less structured and the suede does stretch out considerably so in order to continue wearing without walking out of them I need to wear a heavier sock. However, I like them so much I have purchased a new pair in a half size down that will allow for the obvious stretch that occurs with wear.

Very comfortable right out of the box. So happy with this purchase.

These shoes did not come in a wide width and they were too narrow for my feet.

I ordered this shoe in the Lunar Gray Suede with the gum sole in a size 10. They are beautiful shoes, the color is perfect & they are very well made. I truly expected these shoes to be comfortable from the moment I tried them on and they would be my new go to casual shoes. Unfortunately I found them to be very short in length and could not even get my foot into the shoe to try them on. I suspect they run a full size short in length and they also appeared to be narrow for a medium width. I have wide flat feet but depending on the shoes I usually wear a 10 medium or a 9 1/2 or 10 wide. Unfortunately it seems sizing, even within the same brand is very inconsistent these days. Brands I previously wore medium width in, such as Naot sandals, which were one of my favorites, are now running narrow & they do not offer wide versions. Makes me sorry I did not buy more than one pair of my favorite shoes/sandals that fit really well and were comfortable when I originally found them. While I truly appreciate Zappos generous free shipping & return policy, I really would love to find a comfortable every day shoe that fits well and is comfortable for walking that I don't have to return. I sometimes feel like I am single handedly keeping UPS in business. I am also starting to think I may have to adopt the life style of the semi-nomadic Maasai people & start going barefoot as I don't seem to be having much luck finding shoes these days that are well made & fit well.

I love these shows. Beautiful (I got the gray) and very comfortable. Good purchase.

Incredible shoes. My orthotic fits perfectly and they are very comfortable and attractive. !

Really nice fit and good looking leather. Squeaks a little on one foot when walking, but I think a pair of Peds will take care of that.

Beautiful shoe and very well made, great color. I am a standard size 8, regular width and these are way too tight both in the length and the width. I would love to exchange them but they do not have stock in a larger size. Will sadly return them.

Cute loafers, but they run small. The heel was rubbing, my toes had no room and they felt super narrow. I only had them on a few seconds and I knew this was a no go.

Very comfortable shoe and fit. Felt true to size. I have semi-narrow feet and I was able to wear the medium. The only problem was I have a bone spur on one of my feet and sadly the shoe rubbed it.

These are comfortable but I normally wear a narrow and the medium is too wide even though reviews stated that this shoe runs narrow. I will be returning.

the arch support dug into my foot they look nice but if I ere in a shoe store I would not have purchased this shoe

For me the leather was too stiff which made tge shoe uncomfortable. I returned.the suede version is wonderful but I wanted navy.

The grey loafers were attractive and seemed to be well made. I have a narrow foot but took a chance that these would have a slim-medium fit. They were still too wide for me, so they’re probably a true medium width. The length was standard, perhaps a little short.

One of the shoes was cracked on the bottom. It was as though the materials were old or not suited to supporting a foot.
