Perfect for distance running. These are both of my sons (9 and 11) go to running shoes. We have tried other brands and different styles of Asics, but they only like their Cumulus'. One is a cross country runner and the other is a tennis player who does some distance, but focuses more on fartlek running. Great for both running styles.

They have a little inward pull to them. Maybe I ordered the wrong style. I love the color!! I'm definitely a huge Asics fan, but just not of this particular fit of shoe.
