It's a perfect fit. Own a couple of Merrell boots and footwear. I like the slightly round shape and provides enough room for my toes.

Always skeptical buying shoes, with high arch and knees and back issues. This boot was so comfy on the first try, and looks so cute... 2 thumbs up!!!

Fits like a glove. I have a chubby and wide foot, very comfortable

Very well made, solid construction and quality. Comfort from the beginning for sure. True to size but maybe a notch narrow if you plan to wear really thick socks. For thinner socks, no issue at all. Beautiful color, as displayed on Oak. Excited to wear for years to come!

I have a Wide foot so I took a change with a half size up but still was narrow so have to return

Style and heel height, feeling of footbed, all great. After trying on my "regular" size, which was tight all over except for the heel, I sized up 1/2 size from my old Merrell boots, the heel was extremely loose and the toes were still a bit tight. I do have wide toes (duck-style?), but the old ones worked really well and these didn't.

These boots are great! The insert comes out, and my orthotics fit right in, Good quality. Great purchase.

I love these booties. Only issue is that they run your ankles where the top of the boot meets your skin. I’m hoping once they are broken in, the stitching there will break down more.

I have two other pair of Merrill‘s (shoe and a foot) that I love and were very comfortable right out of the box. These boots are so cute but I have a very high instep and my foot is wide so the top of the boot was extremely tight. Boot slid up and down on my heel but sock corrected. I walked around with the Merrill inserts, then I changed to other inserts. I also tried wearing just a thin ankle sock but no go. :-(. I am sad! I highly recommend purchasing these if you have “normal” feet. They are cute, stylish and very well made. Off to find another pair of black boots.

These boots fit like a glove right out of the box! Wow, they are comfortable! Needless to say, I am very happy with them. I have a few pairs of chunky-heel boots from a different and much more expensive brand, and they are extremely uncomfortable. But these are fantastic. They are true to size, have just the right amount of arch support, are well made, and they look great. I will definitely be wearing these boots a lot this winter.

Merrill is all over the place with sizing. These, although stylish, were narrow and tight. Arch support was not great either. As for style, just kind of plain. Like the heel height, though, but sent back to Zappos, which is a great service.

The inside zipper is too far back. Impossible to get the boot on. Merrell needs to change their design. Many are complaining about the zipper being too far back towards the heel. I have other Merrell shoes and sneakers no problem, but these boots are a no go!

Simply my all time favorite all around boot. I have a second pair just in case, I love them that much. Very comfortable with a cushiony foot bed, the leather surround quickly shaped to my foot for ultimate comfort. The sole grips well for walking in wet conditions, but they still look stylish, especially with a pair of jeans. If I can find more colors in this specific style, I would have more boots! I feel that strongly about them. Merrell - please keep these coming, and DON'T CHANGE A THING.

I ordered these boots so I could remove the arch supports and add my custom orthotics. I also ordered 1/2 size larger as the orthotics are really thick. It appears these boots will work well. I still have not worn them outside but plan to give them a try soon! Very well made boot and comfortable - extremely important for my special needs feet!

Beautiful boots. Well made. They were too tight in my normal size so I regrettably returned them.

Fit was perfect ! True to size but I just really loved the pictures and of course the brand as well. But Being from Zappos I knew if there were any problems you guys would handle it . Very Quickly.

These were comfy right out of the box. The leather is really pretty and the heel is the perfect height.
