Vionic shoes are the only brand I've bought for many years - not because they are perfect, but it is the only brand that comes closest to what my feet require (arthritis & flat feet issues). I wear a Good Feet orthotic in my toe-in shoes, so I know to buy the wide width to accommodate the orthotic. In order to get the Abigail to fit well, I had to remove its insole, cut off the back of the Abigail insole (heel half), insert the front half back into the shoe and then insert the Good Feet orthotic. Very comfortable after those adjustments. Style: I THOROUGHLY DISLIKE the ties that come with the Abigail, particularly the "bow" when tied (look like old lady shoes). So I removed the ties, ordered Xpand flat ties, and inserted them in place of the ties that came with the shoes. After making these adjustments, my Abigail's are comfortable, and I am content with my purchase. That's a lot of work, but until I find a shoe that I can just slip on and start walking in with no needed adjustments, I will continue to make my own improvements. Four stars for Overall, Comfort, and Style because I had to make so many changes to achieve that level.

The zippers on these shoes are hard to pull up and down. The shoes seem very narrow (a la European style shoes) which is not up to the Vionic standard in the past. Disappointed in them.

I've bought several pairs of Vionic shoes in the past few months due to this brand being good for issues with plantar fasciitis. This is the only pair that has not worked at all. Although it was a "Wide" width, it was very narrow across the forefoot.

Love the look but REALLY love the feel! I have arthritis in my feet and toes and shoes that are comfortable are very hard to find. I'll be buying this brand again.

These are beautiful!! I’ve had them over a year and they still look amazing after regular wear. I’ve switched the insole out for my regular orthotic and you can’t tell they’re in. Overall one of my favorite Vionics (and I have many pairs!)

The fit is perfect, even for my fairly wide feet and bunions. The leather is so soft and comfortable, they feel very luxe on my bare feet!

I ordered a few casual shoes for everyday living and compared. While I preferred the looks of another brand, the Vionic Abigail is almost as nice looking as the brand I usually buy, but they are more comfortable. I need comfort, support, roomy toes and thick soles. These have it while still light weight. At the end of a long walk, my feet still have some energy for the rest of the day. I gave the style five stars, even though I preferred the looks of others, because the Abigail is much better looking than I expect for something so comfortable and supportive.

Can wear them ALL day and nit be tired!!!

These shoes fit well, they just looked like old lady shoes!

Zipper was extremely difficult to use, had to have my husband zip them up. Not comfortable.

There was a hard, sharp ridge in the arch area of the footbed and there was a crease showing in the footbed there. The liner (insert) was fine. Perhaps this was a manufacturing flaw, but it was in both left and right show. Incredibly uncomfortable - returning them

After using the shoes around a year and wearing often, yes I would buy them again…which says it all. Mine are black suede, appropriate for many activities

These shoes fit well and are very comfortable! I ordered another color right away as I have trouble finding comfy shoes. I do wish they were available in navy or there were more navy Vionic selections. Not tennis shoes.

Love love love these shoes

This is the 2nd pair of these shoes that I have purchased. They are wonderfully comfortable. If your feet hurt with other shoes, try these. Typically I want to kick off my shoes the minute I can. I wore these all day and never wanted to... they are that comfortable. It's also a nice feature to just zip them up, the ties are primarily for style, however, you can adjust the fit by loosening or tightening the laces.

Love these! Width (wide) fits comfortably and they are such a cool design.

So cute and so comfortable. Goes with all my work outfits. However, Stained immediately upon wearing. I think suede cleaner and protector would help.

As many other reviews state, even in a Wide width this shoe runs very narrow. I found the zipper to be very tight and even after a month of wearing it was still tight. Took about three months for me to be able to reliably zip the shoe open and closed. I ordered these shoes in May 2021 and they became my daily wearer because they were quite comfortable, and water resistant, which is a must-have in Seattle. However, by November 2021 the zipper actually busted. I'm talking, the zipper itself actually came out of the shoe. I attached a picture. If I'd had this shoe for 2+ years I wouldn't be this unhappy, but this was barely 6 months. This is definitely NOT what I expect out of the Vionic brand, and am very thankful for Zappos's generous return policy.

Vionic shoes are always so comfortable. These were a little too stiff. They are much more stylish in the pic than they are in person. When I unboxed them, my husband laughed and said no way you are keeping those. Thankfully Zappos makes it so easy to return.

These shoes felt really tight in the toe box, and I have a narrow foot. Unfortunately I will have to return them.

the sole felt too hard, needed more cushion

Fit was OK except the heel was super stiff and slipped with every step. Afraid these are headed back.
