Love love love this shoe. No break in needed. Fits true to size, no blisters and no pinching. The snake print is true to what is pictured.

I have a wide foot and the medium width is very comfortable. I usually order a size 10 and had to return for 9.5 and now these shoes fit like a custom glove. There is a very good arch support and the shoe doesn't slip when I walk. A nice flat for jeans, dress, work, casual, night out..... I highly recommend the Willa. Zappos customer service and fantastic shipping allowed the exchange to happen seamlessly. LOVE ZAPPOS!!

These shoes are the best of both worlds- stylish and comfortable! Love mine and they fit true to size. The suede material can easily be worn with a more dressy outfit or with a pair of jeans- very versatile!

Fit was okay but the quality of the inside of the show is not comfortable. Certainly not for walking any distance. The insole feels cheap and back of the heel would not be suitable for walking in the city.

Love the look. I do hope they loosen up with wear. Love the arch support of all my Vionic shoes.

Too bad these only come in medium width because a lot of women will be left out. Fortunately I was just barely able squeeze into the medium. Fortunately, they do give a little with time and wear. If you're an 8 in most other shoe brands, a 7.5 in the Vionic Willa will be just right. These flats grip the foot beautifully and the arch support is fabulous. The Willa only comes in three colors (I bought all three) so I'm praying for more choices in the exact same style next season. They're elegant and soooo comfortable.

PLEASE…I need a 10.5, it’s so annoying that sizes jump from 10 to 11! There is a huge population who have to use heal grips and inserts so our shoes will fit a true size 10.5 because 11 is too big. Thank you!

Too wide s d too heavy. Will not bend, stiff when you walk. Too much support! Not comfortable

My doctor recommended these for my heel pain and they fit like a dream from the moment I put them on. Will be buying more as long as they stay comfy!

These shoes are gorgeous and very comfortable. It’s great to finally wear flats again! The arch support is perfect for people like me with plantar fasciitis. Run true to size.

Beautiful shoe. Extremely supportive. Holds up very well. Only thing I would change is adding a softer interior. The feet get sticky feeling when it’s hot with the current lining.

The shoes are absolutely wonderful. The arch support is great, which helps because I standing all day at work. The only thing I struggle with is the toe box in not quite tall enough. The top of my big toes are sensitive at the end of the day.

I ordered a half size too large, so I am returning. It is a pretty shoe and it felt good, but it did feel like if it had fit, the heel would have required some break in time. It felt a bit tight and rigid, like it might cause blisters at first. Hard to say for sure since I didn't keep it. This is only my 3rd Vionic, and my first attempt with a loafer from them. I like their arch support, which is better than moderate, in my opinion, but not quite excellent, if you get me.

I love these shoes. The pattern is awesome. I had to take them to get stretched as they felt stiff, and I knew they would hurt my feet. Other than that, I love them.

The 7.5 were too big, and the 7s too shallow in the toe box. Beautiful shoes I wish they fit.

I have a high instep and this shoes fit is perfect.

Love them, they are a classic design, dressy or casual. I will get a lot of use from them!

The style of the shoe is very fun. However, this is the 2nd pair of loafer like Vionic shoes that I have had to return for the same reason. The shoe slips out of the heel - it is worse on the left foot than the right. I am so disappointed since I really like Vionic shoes. The flipflops and workout shoes are fine & comfortable.

These shoes are very nice... a bit more blush than I anticipated but when I compared to the picture I think the problem was me as the pics seem accurate. A bit narrow as this style tends to be but great fit and felt true to size.

Perfect shoes, wrong size. I took a chance and ordered up 1/2 size since my size wasn't available. Since they are true to size, it was too large. I'm on the wait list for the correct size, which I hope Zappos will restock.

These shoes were a little snug. I'm hoping they will stretch just a bit. If they do, they will be perfect.

Really like the shoe style. I have 2 pair, however with this pr the left feels wider than the right?? I can. adjust it.
