I typically wear an 8 1/2 or 9 so I ordered the 9. It fit and I had plenty of room, but was worried after reading reviews that they stretch out. So I decided to exchange for an 8 it they fit perfectly. Still plenty of room, and if they stretch they won’t be falling off of me. I definitely recommend ordering down. The reason for the 4 star is because of the quality of the lining on the sides. It is different then another pair that I own, it feels cheaper BUT , just as comfy and warm. The lining on the bottom though feels like old Uggs. Hope this helps!

So much easier to get into with a zipper. I’m over 60 and it was hard to pull on boots with aging hands. I would recommend for someone that needs the ease of a zip up with the quality of UGG.

My boots are size 10 which is only 1/2 size bigger than my shoe size but they are a perfect fit, with a little added room for thick socks. These boots are the best with keeping my feet warm, no other boots compare to Uggs.

Uggs are always, always a perfect fit, highest quality, creative colors and designs. I love that Zappos has incredibly fast delivery service, and if there is ever a "glitch" they make it right (I've had that only once ever) and should also mention that their "associates" are "people". not machine reciting scripts. I also like their packaging, not to much, not too little...and the boxes are also easy to break up and flatted for recyling. I think they have the most perfect business model ever and Ugg boots are the best there are.

I wear 7 to 7 ½, with flat shoes usually best in 7 ½. So I wasn’t sure which size I needed since these come in whole sizes. I ordered both 7 and 8. The 8 was definitely roomier but unfortunately a little too roomy and too long. In the end the 7 (without socks as I prefer) fit very nice and since I’ve been wearing them for a few days I’m happy I decided on that size. Hope this helps someone trying to decide on sizing. The style with the gold zipper is really cute. Love them!
