I order the Classic Weather Mini and the Classic Short II within a week of each other - my first UGGs. I am a size 6 1/2 to 7, average width, depending on the manufacturer. Almost always a 7 in boots. I ordered both of these in a size 7. I got the Weather Mini in chestnut first. Right out of the box the boot felt good as far as sole cushioning. It felt like there was a bit of arch support. I don't need a lot of support, so this was perfect for me. The sole is thick enough that I can walk quite a bit, and don't feel rocks much at all. The tread looks like it will provide decent traction too. My heel slipped a bit the first hour or so that I wore them, but broke in quickly at the ankle and the slipping stopped. I will say they felt fairly snug in the width. I don't have wide feet, but over the years they have become more sensitive. The width wasn't horribly uncomfortable, but not the super comfort I was expecting. So, I do agree with another reviewer who wrote the Weather is more narrow than the traditional Classic series. The boots are definitely warm, which was the main reason I ordered them and they are 80 / 20 blend of wool and polyester. I haven't work them in the rain yet, so I can't speak to the waterproof feature. I live in Alaska and our colder temperatures can begin in September and last through April into early May. Appearance wise I think I prefer the looks of the Classic Short II. All in all the Weather really is a good, warm boot. If you have wide feet, it may not work for you though.

I like ugg books. Some are not very stylish, but I've never had a more comfortable boot. My feet stay warm and dry. I went with my usual size and the boots fit well. They also stretch over time.

The instep is low, making the boots quite difficult to get on. Overall, very comfortable, but I am still breaking them in to make the instep less tight.
