After foot surgery several years ago, it is difficult to find shoes that fit and feel comfortable for walking. I find that New Balance shoes in general seem to work best for me. This style (720) has the right amount of width in the toe box to fix my somewhat "deformed" right foot. I will probably purchase more in different colors in the future.

Fit is great, especially for my narrow heel, but it was surprising. Zappo's system recommended 8 1/2 while I've always thought of myself as a size 9 for years and sometimes a 9 1/2. The last time I bought Fit Flops I ordered an 8 (no half sizes at that time) because I'd tried my daughters and found the smaller size more appealing in a lot of ways. I was skeptical about the 8 1/2 recommendation and, wanting to avoid return/replace, and wondered whether or not that was what caused their recommendation. I called customer service to ask what their system uses to make a sign recommendation. She said it is the response of previous buyers who evidently returned shoes for a smaller size, described it as running big, whatever. So, I went with it and they fit me perfectly. I'm a believer. As well, I often experience "slippage" in my heel when I try on athletic shoes of any kind. (Athletic shoes are the only shoes I ever consider wearing that aren't Fit Flops.) These shoes hold my heel tightly and comfortably, though I do use that little lace hole at the top which some might not think to use. I bought a B/Medium width and it's exactly right for me. The shoes also are really attractive. I bought them for walking, thinking I probably should have a little more support than FitFlops provide when I'm out for an exercise walk, but I think I'm likely to use them in other casual settings. They aren't your typical running/walking shoe. They're pretty.

I really like these shoes. They are a tennis shoe with a low profile that does not look like the typical gym shoe and pairs well with white pants. New Balance did not make this type of shoe last year and white shoes only stay white for a season in my experience, so I was glad to see this shoe being produced.

I found that the medium fits well although I have a narrow heel. The length seems true to size.

I'm extremely happy with the purchase. I order a 7.5 women sneaker and the fit is about a half size big but very comfortable. The delivery was fast as I received my order within two days.

I usually need to wear orthotics, but it’s tough to find orthotic-accommodating shoes that I can wear in the summer without looking dowdy. These are SUPER cute and feel lightweight and springy right out of the box. (A pair of 520s that I wore almost through were forever getting compliments, but I don’t remember the soles feeling quite this comfortable at the outset.) They’re good for all-day wear but probably not ideal for heavy athletic use. I’m just happy to have a choice of fun colors!

I have narrow heels so never know if mediums will fit before I order them. These mediums fit my feet well. The shoes are very light And are less chunky than leather New Balance shoes that I have. The only problem that I have with them is that there is very little arch support and my 3/4 length Dr. Scholls’ orthotics take up too much room and make the shoe uncomfortable. I will try other orthotics to see if they work better.

cute shoes but not very comfortable. not enough vertical space so my toes felt squished. also no arch support and because of the height problem no way to add better support. would work if you had vey flat feet maybe.

Comfortable for new shoes. Fits well.

I’m a fan of NB Classics but these were point at the end, unlike the usual classics. They will be returned because it doesn’t look as good as the normal ones

They're surprisingly comfortable for my indoor needs. I've been walking on a treadmill with the heavier NB walking shoes, but the lightness of these shoes feels better. The heavier walking shoes feel better for me walking outside on pavement or trails.

I have always been a fan of New Balance classics, hands down the best for hours on your feet. This 720 model is sleek and has the comfort and support of the 574 and others without the bulk. I am an 8 but I sized up to 8.5 and put a pair of memory foam insoles in. Perfection

Love the fit and the look of these. I wanted something I could wear with jeans and be comfortable too! They are not over-sized in appearance which is what I was hoping!!

Size feels good. I'm between a 7.5 and 8 and bought an 8. Tiny bit of extra space but very comfortable. Might be my favorite NB ever.

At first try-on, the size 10 fits my narrow, low volume size 10/41 feet perfectly. The back comes up pretty high though and is stiff. I'm hoping it wears in and softens up, otherwise that will the the only reason to give these away. They are light and cushy, and great for daily wear. For reference, I wear New Balance model 840v4 in 11 narrow (2A), sized up for running. In everything else I wear a 10 or 41, though most shoes are too wide/loose. I got the Stellar blue so they'd breathe. The fake leather ones look like heat/sweat traps.

I ordered both sizes, 7.5 and 8 to determine best fit. both fit perfectly! The 7.5 fit to a few perfectly. the size 8 had a natural but more room that made the sneaker fit perfect too. Overall, the size 8 will ensure a tad bit more room.

Super cute! I just needed a thicker pair of socks as I have a narrow foot. These just felt a little wider than my other New Balance.

Size was spot on - I don't think they run big. These are casual sneakers, so I don't expect much support and they don't have any, but they're cute and comfortable for running errands and street wear.
