Every pair of Sorel’s I have ever owned have been stylish and exceptionally well made. The Lennox Hiker is no exception. This is a “classic” hiking boot—in style and materials. For cold, wet days around town it will be fine, but before taking to the trail for any time or distance the boot needs to be gently broken in. The all leather body is substantial, sturdy, and stiff. It’s going to hold up well over time, but isn’t as out-of-the-box comfortable as most Vasque, Keen, or Oboz hikers. The lacing system (all eyes, no hooks) provides security and stability, particularly with my slender ankles, but takes patience to get into or out of. My high arch also made getting in and out harder than it should have been. Sizing runs narrow and at least a half size small, probably a full size with heavier socks. Great looking, well made boot, but just didn’t work for me.

Super cute but...they has an odor. It was like they were stored next to the engine room on the ship color was sooo cool and soft looking. The size was spot on I’m a solid 7.5 and they fit as expected with a good hiking type cotton sock. I opted to send return them because of the lack of eyelets at the top. Not very easy to get on and off and for the price I needed to LOVE them. It was a solid like but not $200+ love. So back they go.

These fit great and are super cute, but I wish they had hooks at the top like most hiking boots instead of loops. They’re too hard to get in and out of.

These boots are beautiful and the quality of the leather is very nice. They are stiff at first and require some breaking in. As many reviewers noted, they run small and I did have to go up half a size. My only complaint is that it’s difficult to loosen the laces to put on and off. Hiking boots typically have pegs at the ankle to wrap the laces around but these have metal tubes that the laces run through and require a lot more work to loosen up the laces.

LOVE THESE BOOTS! I found they run maybe a tiny bit small but not enough to order a half-size up even (I wear 9.5 and that's what I got). I bought them in black, the leather is really nice and looks very expensive. They are very comfortable, absolutely no issues. They make your feet look really small which if fine with me!

I listed to the reviews and ordered a 10. I normally wear a 9-9.5 and the 10 is too big. But I’m going to exchange. The boot is so cute and comfortable.

I tried these on with thin socks. The boot is super stiff! What really disappointed was the material. It is not 100% leather. It's some type of weird concoction. They are very cute but I can tell that these will be take a bit to break in. Unfortunately, at my be age nothing could sound worse. So back in the box they go...

I love everything about these boots. They're stylish, comfortable, warm. I haven't worn them in significant rain or snow yet, but expect they'll hold up like all of my other Sorels, and I live in cold Vermont. I got the grey with the pretty turquoise and black laces. I'm inspired to get another set in a different color combo - lots to be found on the internet. Someone answered my question about the lace length and they're almost 55"; a standard boot length. Size 10 fits me great. I ordered these after seeing Katie Holmes (aka Tom Cruise Ex) rocking the light pair.

My biggest complaint has to do with the Zappos photos. In all these pictures of shoes, they appear to have a shiny leather finish. They actually have more texture and appear duller than in the picture. I was very disappointed. Also, I didn't realize there are studs on the boot soles. I don't like that.

so cute and perfect for everyday! I ordered a half size up, but probably could have sized up one whole size. Typically wear a 7 and ordered a 7.5

I ordered a size 11 - I wear 10.5 but an 11 is good for thicker socks or inserts. When I first got these, I was "oh - not quite what I expected." The tan color was cool and stylish. I put them on and found them to be VERY comfortable. Soft leather. Not for real hiking - just stylish hikers. Thin leather makes them comfy but cooler so they can be worn for most seasons. Now they seem to be my go to boot. Go figure.

To preface, this is NOT a hiking boot. It's a hiker bootie, which means it has the hiking style laces up toe front and overall shape of vintage hiking boots. The reviewers that have taken these boots hiking are just killing me, haha. If you want to ruin your boots (and your feet!) go right ahead. Otherwise, these are gorgeous boots that look fantastic with literally anything and somehow work with even dressier work outfits but with an added edge. The studs around the lug sole add a little element of surprise but not so much that they're too precious. The leather is stiffer than other boots and the toe box is on the narrow side (these aren't lumberjack style), so I can see why some would say to size up. I wouldn't count on these stretching too much, so if you're between sizes and lean towards the larger I'd go up. However, I'm neither and bought my normal Sorel size of 9.5 and find them TTS even with thicker socks. I'd tried on a half size up and there was just too much room that they looked floppy. If you've never bought Sorels, I'd definitely try them on first!

I recently purchased this boot and it is a keeper. Classic, and super comfortable. I normally wear a 9 and sized up to a 9 1/2. Perfect fit! High quality, and great price!

Really great quality and comfort. I did have some soreness on my ankles on the first day since they're higher but I expect that will resolve with some wear. I always order one size up from my usual size with Sorel, so I ordered 11, as I'm a usual 10, and the fit is perfect.

These are such cute boots! I bought them to replace my old hiking boots, and these are so much better. I was able to wear them out of the box on a hike and only got a blister on one foot from an irritation that was already there. I did go up half a size from my normal Sorel fit.

These boots run small, I had to order a size down. They are a bit stiff at first, but after a few times of wearing them they become more comfortable. Love the style and have gotten several compliments when wearing them.

Fantastic fit for my narrow feet! Very stylish and yet very durable with great tread. My only complaint is that there is no hook loop on the back of the boots or quick lace hook eyelets which would make getting this hiking boot on and off much easier and much more convenient.

These Hiker Bootie's are similar to Timberland's - but not clunky and much more feminine. I wear a size 6 in the Joan of Artic wedge's (both the lace up and zipper wedge/boot) and in these I wear a 6.5. Absolutely love and highly recommend. Just as comfortable as all other Sorel's I own (and I own 7 pair).
