The HMLYN Is one of the best North face coats made it has no flaws and hood is outstanding. The 550 down fil is perfect not to hot for the extreme cold that it can take. I will be purchasing another one for myself because the one I purchased was for my son and he is bragging about it.

Great for Chicago winters, very comfortable, warm. I look forward to having to pull it out to wear when the temperatures are low!

This HMLYN down jacket is excellent for winter NYC days. I love the soft feel and the green color pops. I have gotten a few complements while wearing this North Face coat, and I'm pleased with the purchase. The only extra thing, I wish this particular coat had a side pocket or an upper front pocket.

This coat is so warm, yet it's not heavy or bulky. It's almost prefect really. There are a couple things that I personally would change. Vertical pockets above the waist would be nice, as would a pocket in the breast for a cell phone. I am very happy with the overall quality of the jacket and would buy it again in a heartbeat!
