This is my third pair of the Adrenaline GTS21’s. I walk 5 or more miles everyday and these shoes feel great. Very good arch support, I do not wear orthotics. I wear a 7 1/2 and they are true to size. We take long hikes when we travel and this is my go-to shoe. I highly recommend this shoe for comfort and support.

I was looking for a good walking/running shoe and I think I finally found it! I had to size up a half size, but they’re super comfortable and the more my feet mold to them the better arch support I get. I also have notoriously bad ankles and these feel more supportive then other brands. Also love the color combo!

This shoe is not as good as the GTS 19. I've had them a little less than 6 months, only wear them for running and they have less than 200 hundred miles run in them and they are falling apart. I loved my GTS 19. I had 3 separate pairs. Don't waste your money on a shoe that wears out in such a short amount of time.

I’m usually a 6.5 in normal shoes, however I’m running shoes I always go up to a 7 to allow room for socks and so that there’s no rubbing. These shoes are not for everyone, they are SO SUPPORTIVE. I love that, I over pronate when I run and experience awful plantar fasciitis. I waited to review these until I’d worn them a little and I was able to run a few miles with no foot pain during or after. I think they’re also helping with my sciatic pain. They keep your foot very structured and cushioned but are also extremely light weight and breathable. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I have three pairs of brooks running t-shoes and these I grab the most! Love the feel and fit. Just enough cushion without feeling like you are running in platforms....and they look supaaa-cool!!

I turned to brooks about a year or so ago due to the fact that I wear through shoes badly I'm pretty sure due to the fact I have fallen arches. I could never find something comfortable it was so hard shopping for shoes. Then someone introduced me to these and ever since I've been in love. They use to not be so stylish but these I bought recently I love the color and look and the options online. I can say I truely was not disappointed. Still breaking these in so hopefully I will know soon how well they do the job. I stand for long days sometimes over 16 hrs a day so I need good shoes.

I ordered my usual 6.5M in this new model , which is my 2nd pair of Brooks Adrenaline. My first pair are 18’s, and while they are still wearable, the tread is beginning to wear off on my treadmill. I received these and immediately went out for a 2-mile walk. I can feel the increased stabilization, which I like, but also an increase in cushion (which I LOVE!). The heel lip comes just a tad higher, and while this makes the shoe more secure, it did make me loosen my shoelaces a bit after wearing because I did feel a small pressure there. I also could have tied the laces too snug at first- because the laces stretch so much, it’s easy to over-cinch! I waited quite awhile for the grey/pear color to be restocked, and it was definitely worth the wait. They are beautiful, plus I love the pigmented soles- no white edges to discolor! I have never done this, but I am considering ordering a 2nd pair to put away for later. Picture was taken next to a pair of blush Nikes for color reference.

Brooks have come a long way! Much more stylish and a bit lighter which is nice. The fit was perfect and I love that I can get wide width.

I had a pair of Brooks a few years ago and they were not comfortable. I need some arch support that particular model did not provide. My husband loves Brooks and encouraged me to try them again. I am so glad I did! These shoes fit my foot perfectly and provide the right amount of arch support.

In regular shoes, I wear a 6.5, but in sneakers, a 7.5 - and this is no exception. I have been wearing the Adrenaline GTS18 for two years and have loved them, but these are even more comfortable. I had tried the 20's but found that the back of the shoe rubbed my heel - measuring it against the 18's, it was taller - and returned them. However, these are the perfect height. The shoes feel flexible and stable. I am not a runner, but these are fantastic walking shoes.

Don't like this new 2021 version. 2020 was the best version made by Brooks. I love Brooks adrenaline GTS 20. Attached is pic of GTS 20. Great fit for someone with flat feet. I put custom orthotics in it. Can fly in the previous version GTS 20. New version has bizarre shaped tongue that droops to the side feeling uncomfortable and looking asymmetric, and there's a harden material inside inner heel which pressed on posterior tibial tendon and if you have flat feet, this will make your tendonitis worse. No good GTS 21. Bring back GTS 20 physical structure!!!

I was so disappointed in the lack of support in these shoes. They look good but I knew they wouldn't work almost right away. I used to be a solid Brooks girl but think they have really lost their way in the past few years.

I think I’m tired of being charged full price and receiving dirty used worn shoes ! Zappos just recycles returned items - doesn’t even send a new box - still has the last customers information on the box!! Don’t sell used shoes it’s gross. Zappos has gone way downhill.

I've had previous versions of this style that were great. This iteration was definitely not up to snuff. The entire shoe was visably cheapened. Not enough vertical toe space; stretchy laces of questionable value; cheesy slippery soles; "stick-on" brand labels already coming loose after only a month; uncomfortable ridiculous pointy tongue; front too wide (It's almost like they widened the base but used the same amount of cover fabric as before, thereby squashing the toes). Definitely NOT true to size. I could go on. I am SO SORRY I paid good money for these shoes. Now I have to find another brand. Buyer beware. Agh.

This is my first pair of Brooks Adrenaline. I ordered a half size bigger than I usually wear and they fit perfectly. So happy I decided on these, super comfortable.

I just love these shoes! I walk 3 to 5 miles every morning, so I NEED a shoe that has great support but still offers stability. I have a medium width foot, but I don’t like it when my foot slides or moves inside a walking shoe. These shoes meet all my expectations. The mesh on top means they’re breathable and they’re wide enough across my toes to be super comfy, even after really long walks. If I were to take off a star, it would be that the arch is t high enough - but I have an exceptionally high arch, so very few shoes meet that requirement. Overall, I really good fit for my need.

These are my fifth pair of Brooks - I will never get another brand as long as they keep making them! I love the Adrenaline - gives me enough support without feeling heavy or clunky. And they look AMAZING.

I am a 55 year old woman who walks 6 to 8 miles a day on the road and on trails. Today is day two with my Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 sneakers and I can't believe the difference in the way my body feels with these shoes. The support and cushioning are excellent and my body feels great after 7.5 miles. I have found my new favorite walking shoes!

Read reviews and tried them since they got great reviews. Never owned Brooks shoes before so it is a completely new shoe for me. I am not a runner so was just looking for some really good walking shoes for long distances and lots of working on my feet. I ordered the same size I usually wear and they fit fine. They didn’t need any break in time. They Were good to go right out of the box. I went for a long walk and didn’t have any hot spots. They are nice looking shoes- better on than in pics. My only less than ideal comment is that they feel like they need better insoles. I will probably buy a pair to put in them- the ones they came with aren’t that cushioned or supportive but definitely not a deal breaker

As a pronator, I was looking for shoes that blended stability with lightness. I've run in these twice, and so far they work really well.
