They were the most comfortable boots I have ever worn, essentially no "break-in" time however, I found the soles to be slippery, dangerous in my profession.

I usually wear a 9 or 9.5. could barely get the 9.5 boot on even without a sock. I don't feel confident that even a 10 would fit, especially if i wanted to pair them with winter socks.

I wasn’t sure I needed to order a WHOLE size bigger, but based on some of the reviews I went for it, and it turned out to be the right decision. I’m usually an 8.5, but sometimes need to order a 9, because I have broad feet and high arches. Boots with no laces, especially, can be too tight to put on. A lot of my shoes are too long, because otherwise they wouldn’t have been wide enough. This is the 1st time I’ve had a 9.5 work out so well. These are high-quality boots with thick leather and a strong elastic, so you won’t be able to slip into them super easily right out of the box with feet like mine, but they do relax and stretch a bunch. In fact, on the second day of indoor wear, I started to think they might be too big. Not the case. The high rise and the well-shaped heel completely keep them from slipping even though they’re a tiny bit long for my foot. They fit great with thick socks, and if they continue to soften, maybe I can slip an additional arch support in next summer. The style is subtle and classic, and the tread is fantastic. Looking forward to years of enjoying these.

Order a whole size up! My current go-to boots are 9 Born and 9.5 Ugg. I could not get even half my foot into the 9 in this style. I returned for a 9.5 and could get them on with a thin sock but they are so snug I'm considering the 10. They are gorgeous, with a very snug shaft and instep. I had the same issues with the Lennox Chelsea Stud. The color is exactly as pictured.

Originally ordered 1/2 size larger than normal, but was still too small. Zappos was super fast about the exchange and I am in love with these boots at a whole size larger than my usual size.

Narrow in the toe box so had to size up 1/2 size. Still a little narrow, but keeping. Great boot! Cute and well made ... will be perfect for our MN weather!

These have been pretty great, comfortable boots for about a year, but the specific ways they’ve worn out have been a bummer. Within a month of getting them, strings of rubber started popping out of the elastic panels. This caused the panels to stretch out wider and wider, until now they’re so floppy that I can’t wear them with ankle pants or skirts because they look so trashed and ridiculous. It’s happened on all four of the elastics, so it’s not simply that one wasn’t sewn in correctly. And unfortunately, the soles haven’t held up. They look really solid and thick, but each tread is actually hollow inside. So as soon as they wear through the first layer, they have holes that collect little rocks which I constantly have to dig out of them. I was initially thrilled to find these, because I have wide-ish feet and high arches, so a lot of Chelsea boots press down too hard on the top of my foot. And Sorels usually run too narrow for me. But I got a whole size larger than usual, and they had room for my own insoles without being too long, and the leather relaxed in a nice way that made them fit my foot better and better as they broke in. It’s too bad that they’ve worn out to this point in such a short time. The uppers have stretched so far that my heels slip out of them when I walk. They cost so much, and the leather is so nice, that I had hoped they’d hold up a lot better.

The fit is fine and they are comfortable, but I'm disappointed that after wearing them once the elastic goring is breaking down, pulling apart, and puckering. With the price tag on these I would expect better.

These are great for working outside at an airport in California in November. They are also stylish! I found these better for me than Blundstones. Tighter ankle fit and not as wide. They felt heavy at first but probably because I’m used to sneakers. I’m typically a 7, sometimes 7.5. I ordered a 7.5 and feel that was best. I can wear medium weight smartwool just fine. One set of toes were slightly squeezed for two days but have relaxed now. Im Happy!

Cute and functional boots! I wear a 7.5 and feel these are true to size. The leather is a it stiff before they’re broken in, but am glad I stuck with my usual size. I ordered an 8 just to try and My foot slipped around in them just enough that I knew once the leather stretched more, I would’ve wished I stuck with a 7.5. Great boot!

Loved the style and the fit. I have a wide foot so must have a roomy toe box and this boot worked very well.

If you have narrow feet, try your normal size or a half size up if you plan on wearing thick socks. Super comfy and versatile in terms of styling options. Great slightly more feminine alternative to Blundstones if you’re on your feet all day, especially with orthotic insoles. The bigger ankle opening has less of a cankle effect, which is nice if you have big calves (as I do) – though because of this they’re also not as snug / secure as blunnies. Which doesn’t really matter as long as you’re not speedwalking or running

These boots are adorable and comfortable.These definitely run small, so I'm glad I read the reviews and ordered a size up. I will eventually have to add some arch support (I have plantar fasciitis), but for now they're well-cushioned and provide sufficient support. They are fairly easy to take on and off and they really do look great with everything. I like them so much I'm ordering another pair in black!

First. These are super cute and functional. I got the gray color. It goes with everything. At first, the top edge of the bit was rubbing on my calfs quite hard and I was going to return, but then I tried taller socks for a bit and that took care of the problem. Now I can wear lower socks just fine. The boot just needed to soften up. I have very very picky feet. These boots are really comfortable for me. I can walk shopping and such in them for hours. They have stretched a bit, almost makes me think that I should have come 1/2 size smaller. I've been wearing them a lot with leggings and jeans wide leg and skinny ,this winter.
