Best shoe for flat feet with no/slight arch. GT-4000 are the only comfortable shoe for my feet. Can stand in them all day with no problems.

After running over 100 approximately miles, I have noticed significant wear in the heel. I have not noticed that before in my GT-3000 shoes but am noticing that now in my GT-4000. This is very disappointing in these shoes.

I had ordered this in a 7.5 and it was too big so I ordered a 7 and it is even bigger-I put them side by side. Not sure what is going on with the sizing at Asics but things are all over the place. They seem very comfy so I'll try a 6.5 and a 6.

I decided to give the GT 4000 a try after wearing the GT 2000 for the past 15 + years. Now that I’m slowed by age from running to walking I figured what the hey. These run about 1/2 to a full size smaller than my dress shoes as the GT 2000 did. The biggest difference is they fell slightly narrower and tighter in the toe box. Not su much to be uncomfortable, just a bit tighter. I’ve only worn the for two 3 mile walks, so they may open up with time. Overall great cushioning and a comfortable ride. No regrets for trying something new. And I love the colors. I’m not a fan of the GT 2000 knit fabrics, so these were a great alternative. Now if the soles last more than 4 months I’ll be fully converted. Either way, always an ASICS fan.

Asics shoes with severe pronation adjustment are the best among all the shoe manufacturers I have tried in many many years. No wonder I am encountering many people with the same pronation problems are having Asics shoes. I just wish Asics would make available more sneaker models with Severe Pronation adjustment.

Good neutral shoe; house shoes; heavy guy w flat feet so i was looking for a shoe that aided with pronation. Would use these on flat surfaces [gym, errands etc] good quality and support

i'm a woman who wears a size 12 M, overpronator with Mortons neuroma. i've been having issues finding sneakers that fit. i went to a local running store to get fitted and was sized a womens 12 M, mens 10. I told the sales clerk a men's 10 wouldn't fit because I tried on my husbands 11 and that fit. He was surprised when the men's 10 was short. The 11 fit perfect. I ordered the Asics in men's 11 from Zappos and they are perfect, so comfortable right out of the box. I would highly recommend these sneakers.

Great running shoe with very good support. I used to buy GT2000's and then tried the less expensive GT1000's. The 1000's offer very little support and aren't worth the money IMO. These are way better in terms of comfort. I think the colors offered on most Asic's running shoes are horrific....black, gray, etc... These are one of the better color combo's I've seen in years.

I have been looking for a stability shoes to replace my old Brooks Beasts, since the new Brooks Beast took a turn for the worst with the 20's. Here's a tip to Asics, if you're going to make a highly stable like this, which usually caters to bigger runners like me (6'1", 210lbs) you had better make them in multiple widths. I could barely get my foot in the shoe. Also, what is with all these shoe companies making their 2E or 4E shoes in predominantly black colors?

The new version of the GT-4000 has a smaller heel cup which may cause blistering (it did for me). The toe box also appeared to be changed to a narrow design. I run in a size up and have blisters on my middle two toes on both feet. The wide was not an option as it was too wide in the arch. I really wanted to like this shoe, but I will stick with the first version as long as I can find it.

The shoes were too narrow. This is the first time I have had an issue with size with ASICS.

Still no EE - this is still a normal width shoe. This is the fourth pair I've tried to order in EE from Amazon/Zappos (2x) and Zappos (2x). I'm sure the shoe is fine.

Asics has changed the way they measure width. While I have 3 ASICS Kayano 25s that are all a D width. Neither the D or EE of the current ASICS fit. The other shoes that I have are also a D width.
