These are very comfy. I have neurophathy and a morton's neuroma. They were a little big so trying the 1/2 size down, but I think they will be keepers.

Nice wide toe box. A relief for my aching feet.

I have bunions and a hammer toe along with a bad back. Wearing these sneakers makes my life so much more comfortable when I’m out doing errands or just walking around my house. I am do happy with this purchase!

These shoes have much more support than the Echelon 7s. Will definitely buy another pair. They fit perfectly, are so comfortable and again great support.

The Saucony Echelon 8 is remarkably comfortable, provides excellent support, and fits true to size. They are a bit heavy and the style is bit stodgy, but acceptable. I have a double whammy with supination and a narrow heel so it’s hard to find proper men’s running shoes. My narrow heel slips out of most men’s sneakers; so I often have to defer to women’s running shoes and that further narrows my options. Thankfully they make women’s running shoes in size 12 (I’m a size 10 in men’s).

Not worth the price tag. I've been a Saucony customer for twenty years now. I walk a lot (and sometimes run) and the Saucony brand has never let me down until this new pair (the Echelon 8). Out of the box, they were uncomfortable and hard as a rock. I thought "breaking them in" would help. After a week, they felt softer, but I noticed that my toes sat higher than my heal. Definitely not the support I've found in previous pairs where my heal was supported comfortably on all sides. I've been such a loyal customer with the Saucony brand, it would be difficult to switch to another but I'm considering it. Sorry, Saucony.

With and without an orthotic, this shoe in a wide was too wide and long for me. It’s also heavy and needs a design update. I can see where others found it comfortable as it is quite cushioned and was worth a try.

These sneakers are nothing short of amazing! I have flat feet and I was suffering from foot pain every single day. My feet haven't been bothering me at all since switching to these shoes! They're really cute, extremely comfortable, and really light weight. They were a total game changer for me. If you have flat feet or planter fasciitis don't wait on these sneakers!

I wear significant orthotics for pes planus and pretty significant pronation. These shoes have a nice neutral shape of sole, good toe box, etc. This is my fourth pair of Echelon by Saucony. It won’t be the last.

I'm heavy and overweight. It's been more than a month and this is my first pair of Saucony shoes. These shoes are comfortable and there's no problem with my orthotics.

These are really nice shoes but the width felt slightly narrow. I wear a wide shoe and these aren’t quite as wide as my usual New Balance sneakers. Well made and plenty of padding. Had to return.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance

Not a fan of buying shoes on line, but both Saucony and New Balance have been good in the past. This one was better of the two I tried, but not a 5 star.
I'd also recommend:
Some brand that fits “duck shaped feet.”

I wear orthotics, so I thought I'd give these a try. They're fine. They aren't particularly cushioned or springy. The straight last makes them look like toddler shoes when being worn. I found a more comfortable and cuter shoe for my orthotics, but if I needed to these would have worked.

I have severe over supination since I injured my back at the age of 19. A few years ago I broke my heal bone in a car accident. I really need a show that offers me a lot of stability and this just it's doing it. I've been wearing these for a few weeks and I'm alreay thinking about replacing them. If over supination isn't a problem for you, these will probably be great. They are well make and super cushiony. I just need more support and stability.

This shoe often gets advertised as being for flat footed runners, but it has been horrible on my flat feet. I have tried running in them out of the box as well as with added support orthotics and in both scenarios, my feet have aches more than any other running shoe I have used. In fact, my feet have aches after using these to the point that I had pain for several days following use. I do not recommend these shoes.

Disappointed. When you put your foot in- the back of the shoe goes in with your heel. They are poorly made and they never regain their original form.

I love these shoes, they are very comfortable, I have a very high arch and planter fasciatis, nothing much helped with my foot pain, except for these shoes. I hope they never stop making these, they are a great shoe.

I’ve been wearing these since January 2021 and they’re coming to the end of their useful life in July 2023. They are comfortable with good arch support. The mesh at the top allow air to flow through which you really feel on cold, windy Chicago days. In the summer, the airflow is a welcome relief. Only recently is my big toe making a hole at the top of the shoe and the inside back ankle cushioning is shredded to pieces now. So you can gauge the life cycle for yourself, I wore the shoes about twice a month for errands and walked over 2 miles on a mixed concrete and blacktop path three to four times a week.

I have been buying the Echelon since version 7. I have plastic orthotics for pronation. The combination of the support in these shoes plus my orthotics makes it possible for me to walk without pain. Please do not change the design!

Wide with a comfortably roomy toebox. The show has substantial cushioning without being too heavy. My only criticism is that the laces could be just a bit longer.
