These boots are cute and warm, but ripped the 2nd time I wore them.
After paying $26 to return them, I was told it was "Normal wear and tear" and they would neither repair nor replace the boots. I am beyond unhappy with North Face and have purchased many of their products in the past, but do not plan to shop with them again. Poor service and even worse quality.

These are the warmest and most comfortable snow boots. I used them everyday to walk my dog in the winter, and we walk 2-3 miles a day.
Please please please make a tall version for us that get multiple feet of snow!!! With Chicago's winters, and the likelihood of snow over 18inches, these would be amazing in a tall boot.

I LOVE these!! I've had them since the fall and I'm here to buy a second pair (except my size is out). I wear a size 10 but am average height and curvy so my usual challenge is either my feet often look extra large in chunky boots or my butt looks extra large in skinny boots. If you're built like me, you know what I mean ;).. So, if that's you buy these! They are warm, SUPER light weight and very cute! We go on 3-5 mile walks on a lot of days since there's nothing else to do rn. I always wear these and I'm always warm and comfortable. And they aren't crazy expensive..

I've been waiting till these arrived so I could leave a review for us true 8.5 wearers. I wear a 8.5 in every shoe brand. I wasn't sure which size to go with so I decided it's better to go bigger than smaller so I ordered a 9. So glad I did as the 9 fits perfect! Def going to order these in some more colors. Love how comfy and stylish these are and also love how fast I can slip them on and go.

These boots are great. So cute and warm. I wear a size 10 and these boots are very flattering. They make my foot look smaller than most boots. Good traction for snow as well. Stylish, warm and on trend. Well done!

I got the green and they’re very cute, the whole style. I thought they were too small at first but they do loosen up a bit after a few minutes walking around. I am a true 9 and wear them with wool socks. I also have a regular foot, not narrow, and these are a tad narrow. Fine for just wearing out and about.
I needed a lighter weight boot for running errands and going to work and walks. So far so good. Fairly good on the ice it seems. I have super high arches and anything but Birks really don’t cut it for me, but for brief periods these are doing the trick. The only thing is they are so hard to get on! Maybe it’s my arches but these aren’t just pull on. You have to kind of use your thumb as a shoe horn and wedge in there. Naturally I try to pull the back tab but there isn’t one, just the bungee. So, other than getting them on they are working just fine!

Warm, warm, warm! These boots fit true to size. They’ve kept my feet warm and dry in 27 degrees so far. Very comfy for long walks. I tried a lot of boots and these are the most comfortable. I’m 61.

Love the look and fit. As others noted they run small—I normally wear an 8 but needed the 9.
Able to adjust tip to stay on my narrow foot. Not quite as warm as I’d hoped on a really cold Michigan winter day but fine for most days.

Boots are warm and comfortable once on. The problem is there isn't a strap to pull them over your heal. There is only a pull cord to cinch them. Mine ripped the first use. Maybe sizing up would help? I wish they added a thick strap or even a zipper to fix this problem. Everything else I've ordered from North Face has been fantastic.

These boots are amazing! I bought them in grey. They fit true to size, but seems a tad narrow. They may seem narrow to me, however, because I put in a custom orthotic. These boots are warm and waterproof. They have a drawstring and toggle at the top which you can tighten to keep snow out of your boots. There is also a piece of fabric which will keep the cord from hitting the back of your boots if you decided to tighten them. Great attention to detail! The boots were comfortable right out of the box. I am seriously considering another pair!

I love these boots, however I have never ordered a size 11 and that is what I had to do with this boot. There was NO allowance for socks of anykind....let alone a thicker sock as you would normally wear in winter or for hiking. The size 11 allows for a sock of any thickness....

I usually wear 8.5 and ordered size 9. It's roomy but not too much, I think once I have thick socks on it will fit nicely. Very stylish, loved the look. Not sure about how well it works in the snow, haven't tried it yet. But feels warm.

It is tight to the fit . I am a size 7 and I got an 8 & it's still tight . You need to go a size up . It is uncomfortable to put it on even with the little handles at the sides . It is warm though when you're outside and your socks stay dry . To take off it's an issue also .

These are too cute! Right out of the box comfortable and super warm. I’m in Oklahoma, it is still fairly hot here but bring on rainy game days and -10 with ice in November again…I’m ready! I wear an 8.5 in most running shoes and a 9 in most sandals except off big box brands like Ol* Na*y and Ta***t, then I wear an 8. I ordered a 9 because they didn’t have 8.5 and they are a little big on my right foot (could have used an 8) and perfect on my left. I’m going to keep them. Thanks Zappos for quick delivery!

Very comfortable and warm. I only suggest spraying them with a protectant because the snow did stain the boot from one wear.

I love these shoes! I haven't worn them in the snow yet, but first impression is that they'll perform well and be super comfortable and warm. They have a really soft fuzzy liner. I bought them as snowboots for my yearly trips to Colorado, and our upcoming Christmas trip to Austria.
A couple downsides is that I'm a very true size 8 - literally never buy anything different - and these are a little snug and a little narrow even when I'm not wearing any socks. I'm nervous to try them with my thicker snow socks. You would think they would be designed to fit a true size 8 while wearing socks. I'm surprised no one else mentioned this. The only other slight downside is that they are 100% pull on. Not super difficult but not the easiest lol.

Got these in a 7 and I couldn't even get my foot in. My seven year old even had difficulty getting them on. I'm sad as they are out of stock in bigger size.

I wore these to the Buffalo Bills game tonight, 1/15/22 the weather was 2 degrees and this boot did nothing for the cold weather! I wore two pairs of socks thinking it would be too much. This boot is not made for cold, it's stylish but that's it. Very disappointed. If I could return them, I would in a heartbeat! These reviews I read are absolutely wrong about this boot.

Warm and sporty! I chose these to keep my feet warm standing around the playground in the winter. My toes are always so cold in sneakers but wanted something sleeker than a bulky snow boot. These work! Easy to slip on for errands, too — you don’t have to untie anything. Fit TTS.

I wish these could be offered in half sizes as they are a little snug, but they did stretch a little after a few wears. A half size up would be perfect for thicker socks.
