I used to run in Saucony all the time. I have fairly wide feet. The edges were against my little toes but they weren't bad. I got these hoping they might have done another resize or adjustment so they'd be comfortable. This is the same model I used to run in and they were fine. This one, I put on and my toes weren't only pushing out the edge, but my foot was actually hanging over the edge of the sole. These are much narrower than they used to be. I guess shoe companies don't realize that if someone is wearing a size 14 they likely have wide feet as well. It stinks that there are so few options for wide/extra wide feet for running shoes. You almost have to give up the thought of running if your feet get so big. Summary: Saucony changed something over the past 2 years. I've been running in Brooks since they're the widest shoes I could find. I decided to try these again, but they did another resize and are running very narrow. I wear wides in other brands, 4E in some. These were not even close to fitting in the wide option. So narrow I would almost suggest getting a wide if you normally wear medium width.

I ordered these after seeing a lot of positive reviews on YouTube. I was disappointed in the fit. I measure 9.5 2E but ordered 10 E. They fit great in the heel but unfortunately they pressed my pinky toe too hard. There was also too much spilling over the sides of the shoe for my liking. I’m a MILD pronater but wanted to attempt a neutral shoe since my podiatrist is anti-stability shoes and suggested these. They just didn’t feel stable enough for me to want to keep. If you are a true neutral and you don’t have issues with width these would probably be awesome for you. The footbed is SO lush and soft. I wish these had worked just for that aspect. Side note...Saucony needs to up their game on colors and style. The only colors available were so ugly and drab.

Good fit and have been running with them for over a year now, and would probably get them again.

I wish saucony didn't change or discontinue certain styles . Please keep the soft bottoms to support my weak, arthritic knees . Love the ride 14 and don't want it to change!

The Ride is my workhorse shoe for regular training runs. It is durable and well cushioned as I am a mid-sole strike runner. I also prefer the 8mm drop.

This is my favorite daily training shoe. It has just the right amount of cushioning and support for my neutral more or less midfoot strike running. It fits true to size - I use men's size 7 with a normal street size of 6.5 I rotate this shoe with a different model and always prefer the RIDE. I have trained in Saucony Ride shoes for my last several marathons and use a lighter shoe for marathon day. My average weekly mileage is 40 miles ramping up to 50-ish as marathon training progresses with mostly road running but I run on trails with the Ride also The only slight negative for me is that it does not last as long as the non Saucony shoe with which I rotate the Ride. I would give this shoe a 4 1/2 stars of I could give a half star.

The best part about this shoe is it is perfect as a daily trainer to log the bulk of your miles, but light and fast enough to be a race-day shoe. I busted out my first sub 1:30 half in this sneaker even with a couple hundred miles on it. Even today I'm closing in on 500 miles and it still feels amazing. Compare that to a Karhu shoe I got around the same time which barely topped 300 miles before it was worn out.

Absolutely favorite running shoe! Loved it so much I had to get a 2nd pair before they disappeared everywhere for retail :(. Amazing overall quality for the price mark. Great middle ground shoe for someone who does not like a very cushiony shoe, very sturdy, very responsive to the ground, fits true to size. Bought the Ride 14s, but in my opinion, the Ride 13 is superior. If I can get my hands on this shoe again, I'd buy another 2 pairs hands down.

I wore through last pair of Rides I owned where my big toenail rubbed against the upper mesh, so I was super happy to see that Saucony has done something innovative in the toe box, and that is to stiffen-up, hence, stand-up the perimeter of the toe area. Rides have consistently been super comfortable for me, and these don't disappoint.

Great padding. Very comfortable. But all that is typical Saucony.

The Ride 13 has been my daily trainer for about 10 months. I love the comfort and trust the build for medium to long easy runs. With over 350 miles run, I am looking forward to the Ride 15.

Best all around runner! So comfy! Half, full, 5k, 10k, 15k, and so on! Not too soft or firm.

It took me years to find "my shoe" as a 190 lb male, neutral (with slight underpronation) runner. Many shoes were too hard, too soft, too much heel drop, too little durability, etc. The Saucony Rides with the 8mm heel are absolutely perfect. Please don't ever change this formula, and you have a customer for life.

I have not been running as much as usual, and I rotate between a few pairs of shoes. Every time I put on the Rides I am astonished by how comfortable they are. It is like putting on a pair of slippers, but I don't feel any of the little bumps while I am running. Also the laces are a little stretchy and they stay tied. I think Saucony got it right with this shoe.

Been running in Rides for more than 15 years. Every few years I try on a few other running shoes and then I return to the Ride because they make me feel like I'm running/walking on clouds. These are no exception.

The Ride 13, Fantastic middle shoe. Middle shoe, I current run in Triumph 18 and the Speed. These are two very different shoes and the Ride 13 fits nicely in between. I use the Speed for fast runs and racing, the Triumph are great for long runs and recovery days. The Ride 13 is perfect for the days when you need a natural shoe to do a longer run at a faster tempo or a slower run in a medium weight shoe. Fit is true to size and the cushioning is good for a 140-to-180-pound runner. The Saucony durability, this shoe is holding up to miles a wear and tear

I've been wearing out Saucony running shoes for the past 25 years...probably 30-40 pairs. The fit is always good for me, and in recent years they seem to be more resistant to wearing down on my strike points at the outside of the heel on each shoe. The cushioning is excellent, the fit always superb, and they are lightweight, dry fast, have durable laces, and look okay. On this latter point, perhaps a little more imagination re exterior appearance would shave a few seconds off my times, I'm sure. Saucony, can you/do you make a winter shoe that is the same weight, but not as porous at the front? My feet are always cold from the winter draft that seeps in here in souther Ontario, Canada.

Let's start off with the notable - the Ride 13 is a departure from recent iterations. The ISO versions got more squishy, and with it started to lack in durability. That initial squishiness made it comfortable quick, but lacked the Ride support and structure of what made this line up so great in the past. The Rides have always been a no BS, no additional features, solid neutral training shoe for pounding miles - and the Ride 13s bring this back. Shoe break down: the outsole material is a little more hard than the past few iterations, and is holding up well. Combine this with the stiffer (than ISO) underfoot support structure and this shoe maintains good rigidity for a forward toe-off. Finding the stiffness is also improving durability in the overall life of the shoe. As far as how the shoe holds the foot, it does a great job. ISOs could lack a little structure, allowing the foot to slide laterally across the show, especially as the shoes aged. Ride 13 brings back a more solid upper that is firm in securing the foot in both the X, Y, and Z directions. Only complaint here is the inside is pretty plush, which causes the shoes to slip a little on the first few runs. Once this padding is compressed, the upper holds to the foot well. Part of this upper squishiness could also be the padded laces, which don't hold the foot as well as something without stretch or fluff. Overall, super pleased with this shoe. I've always enjoyed the Rides, but started to look elsewhere with the ISOs as I did not like nor want my neutral running shoes to depart from that simple task (i.e. trying to be a hybrid race / neutral shoe, up-charges for new foams, etc.) Happy to have a standard, no-nonsense, no BS, neutral trainer shoe back. I'll opt for the Kinvaras for workouts or if I want something springy, or Triumphs if I want more cushioning on a given run. Otherwise, the Rides are an excellent shoe for standard miles. Cheers.
