I was hesitant about buying this model because of the weird bottom. I decided to go ahead because I could return them if necessary. I’m happy I bought them. Leather is soft no breaking in and the bottom doesn’t feel any difference in the normal soul of the shoe

TOO SLOPPY....I wanted to love these!!! I have tried so many styles of Docs and none have worked except the Emeline and those were sloppy as well but more of a women's fit. These are so cute with the neat platform and are pretty comfortable. Also the leather was really nice. Not shiny. HOWEVER they are so sloppy in and around the ankles and top part of foot. I have thin flat feet and feel like for these to "look" ok I would need slouch socks around the ankles or put an insert in them so the shoe actually hits my foot. Length was good and going down a size wouldn't work as they'd be too short. 6M/8W is what I ordered.

The style is top notch, I prefer the jagged some to the normal flat Doc Marten soles (e.g. 1460). If you’re between sizes get 1/2 size down. I wear a 10.5 and got a 10, it fit perfectly. I have a normal width foot and no problems there with fit either.

Really comfortable there is a breaking in period which can be speeded up by using wonder wonder balm. The “ziggy” bottom I was thrilled with but I don’t notice a difference in the regular sole

Surprisingly light, quality materials with a modern look. Love these boots!

Fantastic boots! Just a bit too large but I had planned on a additional thick cork insole and thick socks before purchasing. My acquaintances are jealous and could not believe the savings on sale!

Fits like a glove...there is some breaking in that needs to happen but that's art of the experience.

As with all Docs, the break-in period is key. These are good quality and the leather is fantastic.

These are fantastic boots! The sole is so fun! Super happy with my purchase! I love Zappos speedy delivery and phenomenal variety! The fit is as expected. Been wearing doc martens for 30+ years and these fit just like expected!

On the leg 28 cm, size 10 came up. The boots are completely leather, there is no lining inside. Comfortable.
