These used to be my favorite shoes. I bought SO many pairs in every color. When they wore out, I bought them again. The new style with that cute ring on top? It rides up the top of my foot and hurts! I mean, hurts to the point that I can't wear them. I tried to "break them in." No go. I am so sad that so many Keen shoes I used to rely on are no long comfortable.

Great shoe for the toes! Great shoe for the tread.... good for bad weather. BUT the heel is way off... too big and my heel was slipping all over. Sad, but I had to return them.

To be honest I wasn’t sure about the look of them at first but I have come to love this go to comfortable shoe to save me from myself with Achilles tendonitis and planters fasciitis! Looking for more of the same!

My heel is slipping and that makes me worried. Walking around in my house to see if I can keep these great shoes. The toe box is fine. I don't want to spend more money to have the heel adjusted... it is just too wide. I may have to return them.

My 20-something daughter said "pilgrim-man-shoes", so that did them in. I have another pair of Keen sandals that I adore. These shoes didn't work. They were also very difficult to put on. Perhaps they would get easier to put on with time and wear.

Very disappointed in this new version. I've been had many pairs of the Kaci over many years and worn them daily. There have been changes from time to time in styling, but never with fit. The fit of this new version is completely different from previous Kacis, and sadly I can't wear it. The shoe slips off at the heel. Here's a photo of my the new Kaci (right) next to my previous Kaci, same size (9). The upper does not come up as far on the instep in the new shoe, and the shoe seems to be longer overall. I will try going down a half size if and when it becomes available.

Nice quality, great fit. These are great for fall and early winter! No toe cramping

I have to wear thin socks but wore these shopping all day & no problems!

I’ve worn them twice to “test them out” and they seem to fit perfectly and provide the arch support I need. As with other Keens shoes and sandals, I wouldn’t consider walking very far without them.

This size was good, but the fit was rigid. It's hard to put this shoe on and it's not anywhere near as comfortable as the many other Keen shoes I have worn over the years. I also am not fond of the arch support. I need a custom orthotic but in my Keen Presidio and Keen Targhee's I have been able to wear them for a time without my custom orthotics and have been okay. I had to put my custom orthotics in these for them to be even a little bit comfortable. These are not what I was hoping for and they aren't as cute as I had thought they would be either. If they were a third of the price I'd keep them to wear as an inside shoe, but that's not what I needed them for and if they aren't going to be comfortable for me to wear to work then I can't justify paying this price. I'm bummed out because I wear almost all Keen shoes regularly and this pair didn't fit my needs or comfort level.

The size 7 sure isn't the size 7 of another pair of Keens. I thought I'd be safe ordering a Keen but there isn't consistency. So disappointed.

love these pilgrim shoes! read that term in a review and I agree with that label! They are extremely comfy, easy slip on/off. They felt 1/2 size larger because of the big toe box. Just love these!

I really wanted to love this shoe. The appearance and quality are great. However, unlike my past Kaci shoes, the rear of it is lower on the heel and it feels like the top is not quite as deep so that the shoe slips off my heel when walking.

These were very stiff and uncomfortable. I liked the style just wish they didn't feel like boxes on my feet. Maybe if I had worn them for a while but for the price I didn't want to take the chance and have $130 shoes that sat in the closet.

The heel slips and it makes me so sad. I loved the Kaci before even though I had to use a shoe horn. Keen seems to have over-corrected and now I just can’t wear them.

Fit true to size, love them

No dislikes, purchased for my wife and she loves them. This is her second pair of Keen shoes, never a problem.

I really like this style of Keen’s. I just wish it was not so hard to find them Available. I take a size 10 and it feels like you never have them available to order.

These shoes are easy on easy off and very comfortable. Good quality leather.

My old ones wore out after about 8 years with a lot of wear in all weather. I find these stack up very well to the old ones. Wish they came in brown as well.

They fit as expected. The wide toe makes the shoe feel sturdy.

Finally a Kaci that that I could get my foot into again. But as other reviews stated the heel is too wide and slips off my foot. Would love the old original Kaci back.
