Ordered my usual size 8. They fit very well. It's a flat show, no heel, but I wanted it that way. Note however, my heel is narrow, and these fit that as well. Loved the warm felted fabric. I think they'd be cosy warm but not too hot. They're very comfortable but I gave that category only 4 stars because the left shoe seemed to have a more pronounced arch support than the right. Could have been that particular pair. I think it's a terrific casual winter shoe. I know they could take winter wet weather because I waterproof all my shoes --even the fabric ones like these--without any harm or change in appearance with a spray product called Rust-Oleum Never Wet. It's in or near the spray paint department (because it's by Rust-Oleum but definitely not a paint) of HomeDepot plus other places.

Ordered 2 Chaco, a Keen for tossing on to walk dog outside. I wanted one that was easy on and off. This Revel Mid and the shoe style Chaco were close to winning but the toe box was weird. Although they fit in length my big toe would hit the corner and cause a pinch like an ingrown toe nail would. Could be a problem so I returned...The Keens were more puffy type but seemed more durable and tolerant of water..so keeping them. PLUS THEYRE ALL BLACK. Winner. TTS 8.5 fit fine and im 8.5 in this kind of shoe.

Loved everything about the boot except the seam down the middle of the toe and shaft which was not pictured.

I bought these to wear as slippers. I don’t think the material is really tough enough to be an outside shoe but they are perfect for inside. The arch support felt a little off/ in the wrong position when I first started wearing them but I seem to have gotten used to it. I’m happy with these shoes.

Super comfortable!

I looked for so long for a pair of gray ankle boots, without finding a style that combined the look and comfort I was seeking. These Chacos fit the bill with their cute, casual appearance. I wear them to run errands, and would suggest that Chaco has a great thing going here, but please upgrade them a bit. For me, they need a bit more support in the sole. My legs get tired and achy after wearing them for a few hours. I would love to see them made of wool for warmth, and I would be willing to pay more for the improvements. For everyday around the house, I wear Haflinger boiled wool clogs, and I never get tired of wearing them. So, I love the look and fit of these booties, but they could go up a notch in comfort and support.

I am a a Chaco fan, I have several sandal pairs! These probably fit the same as the sandals, it just translates oddly into a slipper. They seem a half size too long and kind of slide oddly when walking, b/c of the lower heel. It is not difficult to put them on. I also didn't want to keep them because I wasn't super enthusiastic about the materials- they are NOT wool. They are polyester, which I'm really trying to avoid buying. I could have read more carefully to figure out they weren't wool but I assumed Chaco would use better materials. The inside is also lined with leather/pleather (?) so they're not wrap-your-feet-in-wooly-goodness like what I keep searching for.

I love Chacos. I really do. I have a couple pair of their sandals in various styles and live in them during the summer. I have plantar fascitis and this brand usually works well for preventing my foot pain. When I first put this pair of booties on, I was so excited. The arch felt like the arch in the sandals, which is exactly what I wanted. They fit similarly to most Chacos, which is a little roomier than some other brands. I ordered a 6.5 and 7 and decided the 6.5 would work and be great colder weather Chacos. I wore them around and by the end of the day, my feet really hurt. In fact, they still hurt the next morning when I woke up. I removed the insole and realized that although they do have a nice arch, there is no cushion in the heel. It is very thin. I tried 3 different insoles to make these more comfortable, but with each, my feet start to hurt. I still recommend their sandals, but this shoe is painful for me. Maybe it would work for someone with no foot issues.

These are not attractive on. The fit is super sloppy- maybe great for wearing thick socks? They looked and fit like my husband's Bogs. No cushion in the footbed. Just awkward in every way. Looked good on pictures.I'm sending them back today.

I have been battling some foot issues that require me to wear shoes all the time and needed a shoe that would be comfortable enough to wear indoors like a slipper, but also roomy and sturdy enough for me to add my own metatarsalgia inserts. These are great. Can't really speak to the built in arch supports but they keep my feet warm and cozy! They did seem a little tight with my added inserts at first but stretched out and are perfect now.

I bought these entirely for working at home- they feel like slippers with the arch support of a shoe. Takes a pretty good tug to pull them on- the opening is fairly narrow, but not terrible, and I expect the wooly uppers to stretch a bit with wear. Can't comment on durability with outdoor/regular use.

They fit well and are comfortable and warm!

Love these for warmth and bumming around the house or campfire. Not sure I’m brave enough to make a fashion statement with them. They do take some wiggling to get on, but I have high arches. They aren’t AS supportive as the sandals but much better than other moccs. I love them!

Easy on, easy off, comfortable. Just runs between 1/2 and full size large in general.

I really like Chaco flip flops, but not these slippers. The sole didn’t feel the same. I didn’t feel there was enough arch support.

Although the shoes fit well and were good quality, I had to return them because they were difficult to pur on. The back section was a struggle to pull up and on.

These are ridiculously hard to get on, but feel pretty good once they're on. However, when I walk the mid rise design hits the back of my lower leg and isn't comfortable for me.

I love the style and comfort ONCE I was able to finally get them on. I have a narrow foot and this boot was a struggle to get on. Unfortunately the effort is not worth it!

I have a small narrow foot, but I found these are a hard to slip on easily. Also, the soles are very slippery on wood floors. I was hoping these shoes would be an easy and comfy slip-on. These shoes are not it.

Unfortunately I could not get my foot into the shoe once I hit my ankle. Had to return. Looked very cute, wish they would have worked!

Zappos lost my Package and lied about.

I don’t know what’s up with these boots. I was not able to get my foot in them. They look like the footbed is the right length, but the opening is insanely small with no give, so I couldn’t get either foot in the boots.
