I was introduced to Hoka 3 years ago by my podiatrist after a plantar fasciitis/bursitis diagnosis - haven't had to see him in 2+ years. This is my second pair of Rincon (I also have several other pair in different styles - I'm a fan). Rincon work the best for me running on the treadmill, lightweight with a thick enough sole to cushion but not so thick that I end up catching my feet (I'm more of a waddling runner than a prancer). The shoe has enough toe box room but not so much that I'm slipping around from side to side. No break in period necessary for me. Love 'em.

I have tried several shoes that claim it has cushion and stability, but so far HOKA Rincon is light and the stability and cushion surpasses any shoes that I have tried. I have pins and screws on my right ankle, have high arches and work a 12 hour shift. This shoes are my saving grace. I just bought my second pair of HOKA today.

I remember my first pair of Hoka shoes! I was really skeptical at first. I have plantar fasciitis and anybody with this condition knows it is some of the worst pain you will have to live with in your feet on a day to day basis. It is extremely hard to manage, seeing as you WALK everywhere you go! I am a big runner as well and this condition really put a damper in that for a couple of months. That was until my friend had ordered me a pair of Hoka shoes through the mail, and I was thinking that they are just a regular pair of shoes! What difference were they going to make? But I was willing to try! When they arrived, I put them on and it was IMMEDIATE relief!! Since I have received these shoes, I swear by them! Just like any other shoes, however, they do wear out and need replacing at some point. I just ordered another pair and am going to order my mother a pair as a Christmas gift. They are pricy, but worth EVERY penny! You cannot put a price on your health! I am in the military so I have done a LOT of research on the combat boots that we have to wear with our uniform. We must wear clothing that fits into our regulations. At the moment, I have insoles in my boots to help disperse the shock/pressure/pain that comes with the condition. However, it still leaves me in pain during and after my shift. When I researched boots that I can wear with my uniform and would help my plantar's, I literally only found 1 pair to fit the credentials. I have ordered them and are waiting. I am in high hopes that, when they come in, they will help. The only problem is, Hoka does not make these boots! I feel that if Hoka made Combat Boots for the Military (all branches), they would help Soldiers all over the world! The sales would also increase in every type of shoe, seeing as Soldiers are more than willing to spend money on anything that will help them maintain and manage their health! I love Hoka brand! I've always ordered the Bondi but this was my first time to get the Rincon. They are not as plush as the Bondi but they are super comfortable. Really enjoying them

I walk 4 miles a day on concrete in these shoes, they obviously are not durable enough for this exercise. I have worn them for less than a month and all of the tread is completely worn off. The shoes are comfortable and lightweight but definitely not durable enough if you're going to do any amount of walking on concrete.

I gave these the old college try and wore them several times and logged about 30-35 miles. Sadly, as much as I wanted them to be the ones, they didn't work for me. I have very high arches and a high instep so I thought the midfoot stability these offered would be great, and it was, until about five miles into my second wear. My feet went numb. Not great at all. I tried them again a couple of days later with thinner socks and they still didn't work. As I said, with the arch support they offer and the padding around the achilles tendon, I was sure these were it. Unfortunately, they are packed up to go back as I type. Would I recommend these to a friend? Yes, even though they didn't work for me. We all have different feet and different needs. They might work for you. They are light and have great squoosh in the insole, plenty of room in the toebox (run just a tiny bit big). Give them a try!

I am a nurse and after wearing them a couple of days I realized my feet were no longer hurting at the end of the day. Wish I would have discovered these 30 years ago!

I am on my feet all day long- at least 14 hours a day. These shoes provide comfort and I don't have back or knee pain at the end of the day.

I feel like I'm gliding when I walk , the comfort level is 10 easy . And they are eye catchers

These shoes are amazing. I'm a coach and on my feet all day. My back has not hurt at all, and my feet feel great. I plan to buy another pair of these. Get a half size smaller. They run big.

I love these shoes. Super comfortable. I purchased just for everyday around town. So far nothing but compliments.

Between rincons and cliftons, I can't decide which is better. Both are such solid running shoes with excellent cushion.

Our family members are diverse. We use the shoe for running as well as for walking. It is so lightweight and also gives great support. We bought a half size up.

These are like walking on clouds and I love them. They are a little more narrow than a standard tennis shoe but still great.

I love these Hoka's. I don't have any issues with probation or supination but I do have Achilles tendinitis and these are the best shoes I've run in for that. My feet a definitely happier.

I had no idea I could actually love a sport shoe but, I do. It was instant. They feel great and I can wear them all day for working out, walking and playing with my grandbabies.

I started wearing Hoka when I developed sciatica . They have been great .

I stay on my feet for hours, other shoes would make my feet uncomfortable until I put these on. I never felt better.

They are so lightweight and comfortable. It feels like walking on clouds.

I wear my shoes for more than 12 hrs a day. I'm on my feet at work...I don't feel any fatigue when wearing my hokas!!! Sorry I'm not athletic!!!!
