68 years old and I've been running since I was 20. Love the shoes and they are a great fit with outstanding cushion. Don't tell my doctor, I had total knee replacement three years ago and still hitting the trails, and I never have any soreness in my knees after a run. I am 6'1" and weigh 200 lbs and the shoes are perfect for my size.

like a cloud under your foot. yeah i know they are running shoes but i end up wearing them when ever my knees and feet are sore just for every day walking and errands. they make it difficult to go back to normal sneakers! i wear a chuck T in size 10.5, Vans 11.5. these shoes are 12. my feet are a bit narrow so a nike/chuck taylor fit me well. having said that, i don’t feel that these are too wide. definitely narrower than a NB. Great shoe this is my 3rd pair.

The Wave Sky 4 has become my go-to choice for long runs and midweek easy days. Each step has an initial cushion that starts to sink but then rebounds before bottoming out. It leaves me feeling like I am floating along. I am training for my first marathon in 10 years and these will get me there.

I've been Running in Mizuno's for the last 6-years, I believe these are the best. Thanks

I use this shoe for walking on a walking trail every day. I'm really enjoying it's advanced shock absorbing structure and the comfort afforded by the net upper portion of the shoe

These shoes look good, they are durable, feel great and are awesome to run in. This is my second pair of mizuno running shoes and I've like both pairs.

I ran my first 10 miles (3 runs) on these shoes with no slips, blisters or wear spots. Other than the nice cushion over my last pair (with a little over 500 miles on them) I wouldn't have even noticed. The size feels perfect and it seems the layout of laces would compensate even if they weren't perfect.

I normally wear the Brooks glycerin. These shoes are very comparable, and I would actually have to say much more comfortable than the glycerin. I like how there is a lot of room in the toebox so my feet can be splayed out and I have a good range of motion in my toes. I mention later that it feels a half size too big, but that's the way that I like to wear my shoes. You shouldn't have a shoe that fits your foot perfectly, you should allow some room for your toes to wiggle. The ankle fitting is a bit loose but it is easy to adjust if you tie using a runner's knot.

I've been jogging and walking in a pair of ghost 12s for a couple of months (on and off). As someone who ho doesn't run often, I usually wake up with shin splints and regret on the occasion that I do. These shoes are far more comfortable than what I had, and the soreness is noticeably less prevalent after using them. I will not be going back to the Ghost 12s, and I recommend that anyone who is trying to get into running but is turned off by the strain and joint impact to try running in these.

Absolutely thrilled that I got my hands a pair of these kicks. Been having so trouble finding a shoe that would fit my evolving daily needs. I use these to run, golf and even bartend with. Really comfortable and stylish.

I don't normally like hefty trainers like this, but the Wave Sky 4 is so smooth and bouncy that I don't notice it! From someone who normally likes lighter shoes, this has become my go to trainer for mileage. The upper is on another level. This is the kind of shoe that just lets you focus on the run!

The Wave Sky 4 as a whole, are absolutely comfortable. The shoes i've been running in are the New Balance 1080v10's. I ran my first 10 miles in one run with the WS 4's and I was really happy with them. I felt they provided more stability at the bottom of my foot as well as better shock absorption. I have IT band issues and I didn't have the tightness I usually have after a long run. Also, the shoes hug the foot nicely, holding the heel in proper place.

Nice looking shoes, light, very comfortable and well-cushioned. I wear a 10.5w in Brooks, New Balance, and Hoka, these are WAY too big. i would probably wear a 10 regular.

I run 25 miles a week. Shoe meets expectations but sizing is .5 too small.

I ordered these in September 2020 and really liked them. I did wear them a lot. However, by May 2021 the soles were just about worn out. As much as I like them, I do believe they should last me a year without me seeing my socks through a hole in the shoe. I’m not a big exerciser. Did use them to walk and hike at bit.

This is my first pair Mizunos. At 220lbs, I’m large for a runner and need good support and cushioning, these shoes definitely deliver. I have wide feet with high arches that are hard to fit and these fit better than any shoe I’ve ever owned. They are kind of plain looking so I guess they get a knock on style points but that is minor concern. We’ll see how they hold up over time, particularly interested to see how they handle my under pronation. So far I have notched 4 runs between 3.5 to 5 miles and couldn’t be happier.

Highly comfortable show! Good stability and works well with my stride. A little heavier than I normally prefer on my runs but is a great training show.

It's an OK running shoe. A bit heavy and a bit hard on the sole.
