Very cool looking shoe but definitely recommend sizing up 0.5-1 sizes, especially since your feet will swell a little if you're walking all 18. I sized up by 0.5 and I'm happy with my choice. Width-wise, it's certainly a narrow show. I went with the regular width and it's a little tight, but don't think I need to make the jump to Wide.
In short, a great looking shoe that works for narrow feet!
